Description
Anordning for oppdeling og videretransport av materiale.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en anordning ved maskiner til oppdeling av et materiale og pneumatisk videretransport av det oppdelte materiale, hvor en luft-strøm tilføres et rom som inneholder et roterbart oppdelingsorgan og således tilført luft, som bringer med seg materialet, går ut gjennom en utløpskanal og deretter vi-derebefordres av en vifte gjennom en rør-transportør.
Oppfinnelsen kan tilpasses forskjellige
slags maskiner for skjæring, knusing, ma-ling eller annen oppdeling eller finforde-ling av materiale, hvor en stor luftmengde er nødvendig for å transportere materialet bort fra det rom i maskinen hvor materialet oppdeles, men er spesielt hensiktsmessig i forbindelse med maskiner for skjæring og oppdeling av spon for sponplater. Slike maskiner er forsynt med et stort hjul, forsynt med kniver, og for fjernelse av de skårne spon er det nødvendig at en kraftig luft-strøm presses gjennom rommet hvor knivskiven befinner seg.
Sponene kan overføres til et apparat
for videre oppdeling, før de av en vifte befordres videre gjennom en rørtransportør til det sted hvor sponene skal anvendes. Ulempene ved denne anordning er at viften, rørtransportøren og eventuelle appa-rater for den videre oppdeling må dimensjoneres for den store luftstrøm som er nødvendig for å føre bort de skårne spon eller annet oppdelt materiale, ennskjønt en betydelig mindre luftstrøm skulle være til-strekkelig for viderebefordring av materialet. Også kraftforbruket vil herved bli stort.
Oppfinnelsen har til formål å unngå disse ulemper og består vesentlig i at ut-løpskanalen ved en avgrenet tilbakeførings-ledning er tilsluttet det rom som inneholder oppdelingsorganet, og at et særskilt luftinntak er anordnet for tilførsel av den øvrige luft i luftstrømmen.
Oppfinnelsen beskrives nærmere ne-denfor i tilslutning til tegningen, som viser ,et sideriss, delvis i snitt av en ifølge oppfinnelsen anordnet maskin for skjæring, oppdeling og pneumatisk transport av spon for sponplater.
På tegningen er 1 mantelen til selve oppdelingsorganet, som består av en kniv-skive 2, anordnet på en vertikal, roterbart lagret og fra en ikke vist motor ved en kile-remsoverføring 3 drevet aksel 4. Knivskiven er sammensatt av et antall radielt anord-nede skråttstilte kniver 5 med oppover-vendende egger. Mantelen har ovenfor knivskiven en åpning 6, som omgis av en beholder 7, i hvilken trestykkene 8 kan innføres gjennom en åpning 9. Knivskiven fungerer som en sentrifugalvifte og setter luften i rotasjon, slik at en kraftig luft-strøm tar med seg sponmaterialet gjennom en til en åpning i mantelens 1 side tilsluttet utløpskanal 10. Denne fører ma-terialstrømmen til øn hammerkvern 12 som drives av motoren 11, for ytterligere oppdeling av sponen, hvoretter luft og spon suges av en vifte 14 gjennom hammer-kvernens gitterbunn 13 og presses videre gjennom en rørtransportør 15 til et for-bruks- eller lagringssted for sponen.
For transport av sponen gjennom hammerkvernen 12 og rørtransportøren 15 be-høves bare en brøkdel av den luftmengde som er nødvendig for å ta med de i oppdelingsorganet 1—5 skårne spon og transportere dem ut. For at ikke hammerkvernen 12, viften 14 og rørtransportøren 15 skal behøve å dimensjoneres for hele luft-strømmen fra oppdelingsorganet, er ifølge oppfinnelsen utløpskanalen 10 ved en til-bakeføringsledning 16 tilsluttet innløps-kanalen 17 under mantelen 1, og denne kanal danner et aksialt innløp under knivskiven 2, slik at luften suges inn i knivskiven. Ved tilbakeføringsledningen 16 utskil-les derfor en del av luften i utløpskanalen 10 og tilbakeføres til oppdelingsorganet 2. Den luftmengde som befordres videre gjennom hammerkvernen 12, viften 14 og rør-transportøren 15 erstattes ved tilførsel av friskluft til kanalen 17 ved et særskilt luftinntak 18.
For at den gjennom tilbakeføringsled-ningen 16 til oppdelingsorganet tilbake-vendte luft skal bli så fri for spon som mu-lig, er tilbakeføringsledningen tilsluttet ut-løpskanalen 10 på et sted der dennes inner-flate danner en konveks krumning 19. På grunn av sin levende kraft vil nemlig strømmen 20 av spon her forlate innerfla-ten, slik at i hovedsaken sponfri luft vil bli innført i tilbakeføringsledningen 16 på grunn av knivskivens 2 sugevirkning.
Den tilbakeførte luftmengde og meng-den av tilsetningsluft kan reguleres ved hjelp av et reguleringsspjeld 21 i tilbake-føringsledningen resp. ved hjelp av et reguleringsspjeld 22 i åpningen 18.
Son som er fått på annen måte kan tilføres hammerkvernen 12 og rørtranspor-tøren 15 gjennom en i utløpskanalen 10 munnende trakt 23. Traktens oppadvendte åpning er lukkbar ved hjelp av et skyvelokk 24.

kan innføres i viften 14 og dermed i rør-transportøren 15. Gjennom hammerkvernen 12 behøver da bare en brøkdel av den mengde luft å transporteres, som er nød-vendig for sikker spontransport gjennom rørtransportøren 15. Spesielt ved tilførsel av spon gjennom trakten 23 er det nødven-dig med tilsetningsluft til viften og rørtran-sportøren ved åpning av spjeldet 25.
Claims (3)
1. Anordning ved maskiner for oppdeling av et materiale og videretransport av det oppdelte materiale gjennom en rør-ledning ved hjelp av luftstrømmen fra en vifte, hvor et roterende oppdelingsorgan som er atskilt fra viften og likeledes fremkaller en viftevirkning er anordnet i et rom gjennom hvilket en luftstrøm pas-serer og derved medtar det oppdelte materiale gjennom en utløpskanal som ledes fra det nevnte rom og til viften, karakterisert ved at utløpskanalen (10) er forsynt med en avgrenet tilbakeføringsledning (16) gjennom hvilken en del av den gjennom utløpskanalen (10) passerende luftstrøm under innvirkning av oppdelingsorganets viftevirkning tilbakeføres til nevnte rom, og at der er anordnet et særskilt luftinntak (18) for tilførsel av luft utenfra til nevnte rom.
2. Anordning som angitt i påstand 1, karakterisert ved at tilbakeføringslednin-gen (16) er tilsluttet utløpskanalen (10) ved et sted hvor utløpskanalens innside danner en konveks krumning (19).
3. Anordning som angitt i påstand 1 eller 2, karakterisert ved at der i tilbake-føringsledningen (16) og/eller det særskilte luftinntak (18) er anordnet et reguleringsspjeld (21 resp. 22).
