Sportvloeren zijn in vele uitvoeringen bekend. Doel van de uitvinding is het verschaffen van een werkwijze, waarmee een sportvloer kan worden vervaardigd met grote uniformiteit, die voldoet aan zeer hoge kwaliteitseisen met een optimaal veringskarakter tussen punt- en vlakte-elasticiteit. Een verder doel van de uitvinding is het verschaffen van een werkwijze waarmee de aanleg van een sportvloer aanzienlijk eenvoudiger en goedkoper is in vergelijking tot die van de tot op heden bekende sportvloersystemen in dezelfde kwaliteitsklasse.Sports floors are known in many embodiments. The object of the invention is to provide a method with which a sports floor can be manufactured with great uniformity, which meets very high quality requirements with an optimum suspension character between point and plain elasticity. A further object of the invention is to provide a method with which the construction of a sports floor is considerably simpler and cheaper in comparison with that of the sports floor systems of the same quality class known to date.
Met het oog op het bovenstaande verschaft de uitvinding een werkwijze voor het leggen van een sportvloer, omvattende de stappen: (1) het verschaffen van veerkrachtige eerste laag, in hoofdzaak bestaande uit een gebonden rubbergranulaat, schuimstof of een mengsel van beide; (2) het op een in hoofdzaak vlakke ondergrond, bijvoorbeeld zand-cement, beton, asfalt, anhydriet, hout, vezelplaat of dergelijke, plaatsen van de genoemde eerste laag met tussenplaatsing van een hechtlaag, bijvoorbeeld lijm of een dubbelzijdige kleeffolie; (3) het verschaffen van een mat, die is ingericht voor het opnemen van een eventueel viskeuze, uithardbare, kunststof bevattende vloeistof, welke mat bijvoorbeeld omvat een non-woven, een weefsel, een poreus materiaal, een samenhangende vezels bevattend materiaal, een honingraat-structuur, of dergelijke; (4) het op de eerste laag plaatsen van die mat met tussenplaatsing van een hechtlaag, bijvoorbeeld lijm of dubbelzijdige kleeffolie; (5) het op die mat aanbrengen van de genoemde, eventueel viskeuze, uithardbare, kunststof bevattende vloeistof, bijvoorbeeld een twee-componentenmengsel, een waterige dispersie van kunststof of dergelijke, zodanig dat de vloeistof de mat geheel doordrenkt; (6) het doen uitharden van de vloeistof voor vorming van een krachten-verdelende laag met een hardheid van 50-90 Shore D; en (7) „het aanbrengen van ten minste één deklaag met een hardheid van 70-90 Shore A.In view of the above, the invention provides a method of laying a sports floor, comprising the steps of: (1) providing resilient first layer consisting essentially of a bonded rubber granulate, foam or a mixture of both; (2) placing the said first layer on an essentially flat surface, for example sand-cement, concrete, asphalt, anhydrite, wood, fiberboard or the like, with an adhesive layer, for example glue or a double-sided adhesive film, being placed in between; (3) providing a mat adapted to receive an optionally viscous, curable, plastic-containing liquid, said mat comprising, for example, a nonwoven, a fabric, a porous material, a cohesive fiber-containing material, a honeycomb structure, or the like; (4) placing that mat on the first layer with the interposition of an adhesive layer, for example glue or double-sided adhesive foil; (5) applying said optionally viscous, curable, plastic-containing liquid to said mat, for example a two-component mixture, an aqueous dispersion of plastic or the like, such that the liquid completely soaks the mat; (6) curing the liquid to form a force distributing layer having a hardness of 50-90 Shore D; and (7) "applying at least one top coat having a hardness of 70-90 Shore A.
