Abstract

The agricultural machine, partic. a sprayer, has an implement carrying boom slewing on a vertical axis on a frame between the travel position parallel to the travel direction and the working position at right angles to the latter. A two-part articulated supporting bar (7, 8) extends between points on frame (2) and boom (5) clear of the slewing axis (3) of the latter, hinging it both these points (10, 9). An adjusting ram (13) is coupled between the articulation pint (11) of the bar and a point (14) 3n the frame. When this ram is extended the two parts of the bar are in line with each other, the ram being at right angles to the bar, to hold the boom in the extend position for working.
