Abstract

Pallet is intended for carrying containers, particularly partly open cases or boxes (1), whose contents have to subjected to a conditioning process. The spaced (3) lower (5) and upper surface (2), by only the upper surface (2) of the pallet is provided with a pattern of perforations (4) to obtain the desired resistance to air flow in the space between these surfaces. The perforations pref. represent about 10% of the upper or lower surface area. They may have a conical contour with the small end directed to the upper or lower surface respectively. They may have a slot-shaped cross-section formed by spaced strips which may have a trapezium section.
