Abstract

The package for pills etc. prevents access to dangerous doses by children. The pills are held individually in locations in a flexible strip, and the locations are closed by a covering strip through which the pills can be pushed. A safety strip is fixed to the cover and must be pulled off before a pill can be removed. The covering and safety strips have grooves and other lines of weakness between each location and between rows of locations so that the safety strip is pulled off only locally where a pill is to be extracted.
