Then, the motor 14 and the heater 28 are started, and the heater 28 heats and concentrates the medicinal juice. The motor 14 drives the rotating shaft 23 and the stirring blades 29 to rotate, so as to stir the medicinal juice, increase the heated area of the medicinal juice and accelerate the concentration of the medicinal juice.
Step 3: because water vapor will be generated in the process of medicine juice concentration to change the vacuum condition of the inner cylinder 12, when the numerical value on the meter changes, the operator adjusts the reversing valve 15 to make the pipeline 22 communicate with the negative pressure pump 18, so as to pump the water vapor away, and of course, the medicine juice will also be pumped into the pipeline 22; However, because the pipe 22 is provided with a through hole, the medicinal juice will fall back into the inner cylinder 12, and the water vapor will be discharged. In the process of dropping the medicinal juice, the steam and heater 28 further heat the medicinal juice, thereby improving the concentration efficiency of the medicinal juice. The water vapor pumped by the negative pressure pump 18 enters the outer cylinder 11 to keep the inner cylinder 12 warm, and the beneficial air inlet pipe is located below the air outlet pipe 111, thus prolonging the flow time of the water vapor and fully keeping the medicine juice in the inner cylinder 12 warm.
Step 4: after concentration, the medicinal juice is discharged through the valve 24. Take off the cover plate 13.
