Abstract

Disclosed are a blade grinding mechanism and a grinding method. The blade grinding mechanism includes a workbench, a moving assembly, a clamping assembly and a grinding assembly, where the moving assembly includes a supporting seat, a guide plain shaft, a movable sliding seat, an electric cylinder and a connecting rod, the clamping assembly includes a clamp body, a blade seat, a clamping air cylinder as well as a pressing block, and the grinding assembly includes a mounting frame, a profiling guide rail, a guide plain shaft, a sliding seat, a polisher mounting seat, a polisher, an electric sliding table as well as a connecting block. The invention can automatically complete grinding operation of a blade of a louver and greatly ensure grinding quality, has a relatively simple structure and a short development cycle, and can remarkably reduce labor intensity of workers and improve grinding efficiency and quality.

Description

BLADE GRINDING MECHANISM AND GRINDING METHOD
TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present invention relates to the technical field of grinding, and in particular toa blade grinding mechanism and a grinding method.
BACKGROUND ART
[02] The louver is a kind of soft decoration for a house, and is widely applied in multiple occasions such as offices, families and hotels. In order to improve the performance of thermal insulation, light reflection and the like of the louver blade, the reflective coating is usually required to cover the outer side of the blade. The manufacturing process is generally divided into two major processes: spraying and grinding, in which the grinding quality will directly influence the surface finish of the blade and the performance of the coating,
[03] At present, blades are mostly ground manually in industrial production, which features high labor intensity and low grinding efficiency, and toxic gas and abrasive dust generated in the grinding process will harm human health. With increase of labor cost and loss of technical workers, it has been imperative to replace a traditional manual grinding manner with an automatic grinding apparatus.
SUMMARY
[04] The objective of the present invention is to provide a blade grinding mechanism and a grinding method, so as to improve grinding efficiency and quality and reduce labor intensity of workers and grinding cost.
[05] In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention uses the technical solution: the blade grinding mechanism and the grinding method are provided. The blade grinding mechanism includes a workbench, a moving assembly, a clamping assembly and a grinding assembly.
[06] The moving assembly is mounted on the workbench, serves to drive the clamping assembly to move and includes supporting seats, guide plain shafts, a movable sliding seat, an electric cylinder and a connecting rod, where the two supporting seats are arranged in a U shape and are fixed to a left end and a right end of the workbench respectively, and plain shaft holes fitting the guide plain shafts are provided at two sides of the supporting seat; the two guide plain shafts are arranged, two ends of the guide plain shafts are sleeved with the plain shaft holes of the left supporting seat and the right supporting seat respectively; the movable sliding seat sleeves the guide plain shaft by means of the plain shaft holes at two sides to form a sliding pair with the guide plain shaft; the electric cylinder is mounted at a lower end of a table surface of the workbench; and one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to an extending end of the electric cylinder by means of a bolt, and the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the clamping assembly by means of a bolt. The electric cylinder may drive the clamping assembly to reciprocate along the guide plain shaft by means of the connecting rod.
[07] The clamping assembly is mounted on the moving assembly, serves to clamp a blade and driving the blade to move and includes a clamp body, a blade seat, a clamping air cylinder and a pressing block, where the clamp body is approximately “rectangular”, a lower end of the clamp body is mounted on the movable sliding seat, a front end of the clamp body is connected to the connecting rod, and a clamping air cylinder mounting holeis provided at an upper end of the clamp body; the clamping air cylinder is mounted at an upper end of the clamp body, and an extending end of the clamping air cylinder may extend downwards into the clamp body; and the pressing block is mounted at the extending end of the clamping air cylinder and serves to clamp the blade.
[08] The grinding assembly is mounted at a middle of the workbench, is used for grinding the blade and includes a mounting frame, a profiling guide rail, guide plain shafts, sliding seats, a polisher mounting seat, a polisher, an electric sliding table and a connecting block, where the mounting frame is approximately “rectangular”, a lower end of the mounting frame is mounted at the middle of the workbench, and plain shaft holes fitting the guide plain shafts are provided at two sides of an upper end of the mounting frame; the profiling guide rail is mounted at a middle of an inner side of the mounting frame, and a section shape of the profiling guide rail is determined according to a movement track needed by a polishing machine in a blade grinding process; the two guide plain shafts are arranged, two ends of the guide plain shaft are sleeved with the plain shaft holes at two sides of the mounting frame respectively; the sliding seats sleeve the guide plain shafts by means of the plain shaft holes at two sides to form sliding pairs with the guide plain shafts, a transmission rod extending out of the mounting frame is arranged at an upper portion of the sliding seat, and key-groove-shaped notches are provided at two sides of a lower portion of the sliding seat; the polisher mounting seat sleeve the profiling guide rail, and cylindrical bosses on two sides of the polisher mounting seat may be inserted into the key-groove-shaped notch at a lower portion of the sliding seat to form a sliding pair with the key-groove-shaped notch; the polisher is mounted at a lower end of the mounting seat; the electric sliding table is mounted on the workbench, and at a rear end of the mounting frame; and a lower end of the connecting block is mounted on the electric sliding table, and an upper end of the connecting block is connected to the transmission rod of the sliding seat. During working, the polisher moves along the profiling guide rail along with the polisher mounting seat, and may perform profiling grinding on the blade.
[09] Preferably, the polisher mounting seat includes a base, supporting plain shafts and needle bearings, where the base is of a square frame shape, a polisher mounting hole is provided at a lower end of the base, cylindrical bosses fitting the key-groove-shaped notch at a lower portion of the sliding seat are arranged on two sides of the base, and four sets of plain shaft holes are provided at a middle of the base; the four supporting plain shafts are mounted in the four groups of plain shaft holes of the base respectively; and the four needle bearings sleeve the four supporting plain shafts, and the profiling guide rail passes between the upper set of needle bearings and the lower set of needle bearings to form a sliding pair with the upper set of needle bearings and the lower set of needle bearings.
[10] Preferably, grooves fitting the blade are provided at an upper end of the blade seat and a lower end of the pressing block, thereby accurately positioning and reliably clamping the blade conveniently.
[11] Preferably, three or more sets of clamping air cylinders may be arranged according to a length of the blade to be machined, and in a grinding process, in order to prevent the blade from moving, it should be ensured that 2-3 sets of clamping air cylinders are in a clamping state at the same time.
[12] Preferably, operation steps of the grinding mechanism include:
[13] (1) an operator places a blade onto a blade seat, and a clamping air cylinder acts to drive a pressing block to move downwards to clamp the blade;
[14] (2) an electric cylinder pushes a clamp body by means of a connecting rod, such that the blade enters a grinding region;
[15] (3) an electric sliding table drives a polisher to reciprocate along a profiling guide rail by means of a connecting block, so as to perform profiling grinding on a surface of the blade;
[16] (4) after grinding at the position is finished, the electric sliding table is suspended, and the electric cylinder pushes the blade to advance by a feed amount;
[17] (5) the electric sliding table moves to drive the polisher to perform profiling grinding on the blade anew;
[18] (6) when a certain pressing block is close to the grinding region, the clamping air cylinder drives the pressing block to retract, the pressing block crosses the grinding region, and then the clamping air cylinder drives the pressing block to move downwards to clamp the blade; and
[19] (7) circular moving is carried out according to steps 3-6 until grinding is finished.
[209] The present invention has the beneficial effects:
[21] (1) Automation degree is high. A grinding process may be controlled to be automatically completed, and grinding requirements of blades with different lengths may be satisfied by modifying a control program.
[22] (2) Grinding quality is easy to guarantee. A movement track of the polisher may be controlled by controlling a shape of the profiling guide rail, the grinding quality is easy to ensure and improve, and the machined blades has excellent consistency.
[23] (3) Overall design 1s simple, and a development cycle is short.
[24] Other features and advantages of the present invention will be illustrated in the subsequent description, and partially are obvious in the description, or may be known by implementing the present invention. The objects and the other advantages of the present invention may be achieved and acquired by the structure particularly pointed out in the written description, claims, and accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[32] Preferred embodiments of the present invention are illustrated below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.
[33] According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided are a blade grinding mechanism and a grinding method. As shown in FIGs. 1-4, the embodiment includes a workbench 1, a moving assembly 2, a clamping assembly 3 and a grinding assembly 4.
[34] In the embodiment, the moving assembly 2 is mounted on the workbench 1, serves to drive the clamping assembly 3 to move and includes supporting seats 21, guide plain shafts 22, a movable sliding seat 23, an electric cylinder 24 and a connecting rod 25, where the two supporting seats 21 are arranged in a U shape and are fixed to a left end and a right end of the workbench 1 respectively, and plain shaft holes fitting the guide plain shafts 22 are provided at two sides of the supporting seat; the two guide plain shafts 22 are arranged, two ends of the guide plain shafts are sleeved with the plain shaft holes of the left and right supporting seats 21 respectively; the movable sliding seat 23 sleeves the guide plain shaft 22 by means of the plain shaft holes at two sides to form a sliding pair with the guide plain shaft; the electric cylinder 24 is mounted at a lower end of a table surface of the workbench 1; and one end of the connecting rod 25 is fixedly connected to an extending end of the electric cylinder 24 by means of a bolt, and the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the clamping assembly 3 by means of a bolt. [35] In the embodiment, the clamping assembly 3 is mounted on the moving assembly 2, serves to clamp a blade and driving the blade to move and includes a clamp body 31, a blade seat 32, a clamping air cylinder 33 and a pressing block 34, where the clamp body 31 is approximately “rectangular”, a lower end of the clamp body is mounted on the movable sliding seat 23, a front end of the clamp body is connected to the connecting rod 25, and a clamping air cylinder mounting hole is provided at an upper end of the clamp body; the clamping air cylinder 33 is mounted at an upper end of the clamp body 31, and an extending end of the clamping air cylinder may extend downwards into the clamp body 31; and the pressing block 34 is mounted at the extending end of the clamping air cylinder 33 and serves to clamp the blade.
[36] In the embodiment, the grinding assembly 4 is mounted at a middle of the workbench, is used for grinding the blade and includes a mounting frame 41, a profiling guide rail 42, guide plain shafts 43, sliding seats 44, a polisher mounting seat 45, a polisher 46, an electric sliding table 47 and a connecting block 48, where the mounting frame 41 1s approximately “rectangular”, a lower end of the mounting frame is mounted at the middle of the workbench 1, and plain shaft holes fitting the guide plain shafts 43 are provided at two sides of an upper end of the mounting frame; the profiling guide rail 42 is mounted at a middle of an inner side of the mounting frame 41, and a section shape of the profiling guide rail is determined according to a movement track needed by a polishing machine in a blade grinding process; the two guide plain shafts 43 are arranged, two ends of the guide plain shaft are sleeved with the plain shaft holes at two sides of the mounting frame 41 respectively; the sliding seats 44 sleeve the guide plain shafts 43 by means of the plain shaft holes at two sides to form sliding pairs with the guide plain shafts, a transmission rod extending out of the mounting frame 41 is arranged at an upper portion of the sliding seat, and key-groove-shaped notches are provided at two sides of a lower portion of the sliding seat; the polisher mounting seat 45 sleeve the profiling guide rail 42, and cylindrical bosses on two sides of the polisher mounting seat may be inserted into the key-groove-shaped notch at a lower portion of the sliding seat 44 to form a sliding pair with the key-groove-shaped notch; the polisher 46 is mounted at a lower end of the mounting seat 45; the electric sliding table 47 is mounted on the workbench 1 and at a rear end of the mounting frame 41; and a lower end of the connecting block 48 is mounted on the electric sliding table 47, and an upper end of the connecting block is connected to the transmission rod of the sliding seat 44. During working, the polisher 46 moves along the profiling guide rail 42 along with the polisher mounting seat 45, and may perform profiling grinding on the blade.
[37] In the embodiment, the polisher mounting seat 45 includes a base 451, supporting plain shafts 452 and needle bearings 453, where the base 451 is of a square frame shape, a polisher mounting hole is provided at a lower end of the base, cylindrical bosses fitting the key-groove-shaped notch at a lower portion of the sliding seat 44 re arranged on two sides of the base, and four sets of plain shaft holes are provided at a middle of the base; the four supporting plain shafts 452 are mounted in the four groups of plain shaft holes of the base 451 respectively; and the four needle bearings 453 sleeve the four supporting plain shafts 452, and the profiling guide rail 42 passes between the upper set and the lower set of needle bearings 453 to form a sliding pair with the upper set and the lower set of needle bearings.
[38] In the embodiment, grooves fitting the blade are provided at an upper end of the blade seat 32 and a lower end of the pressing block 34, thereby accurately positioning and reliably clamping the blade conveniently.
[39] In the embodiment, three or more sets of clamping air cylinders 33 may be arranged according to a length of the blade to be machined, and in a grinding process, in order to prevent the blade from moving, it should be ensured that 2-3 sets of clamping air cylinders 33 are in a clamping state at the same time.
[40] In the embodiment, operation steps of the grinding mechanism include:
[41] (1) an operator places a blade onto a blade seat 32, and a clamping air cylinder 33 acts to drive a pressing block 34 to move downwards to clamp the blade;
[42] (2) an electric cylinder 24 pushes a clamp body 31 by means of a connecting rod 25, such that the blade enters a grinding region;
[43] (3) an electric sliding table 47 drives a polisher 46 to reciprocate along a profiling guide rail 42 by means of a connecting block 48, so as to perform profiling grinding on a surface of the blade;
[44] (4) after grinding at the position is finished, the electric sliding table 47 is suspended, and the electric cylinder 24 pushes the blade to advance by a feed amount;
[45] (5) the electric sliding table 47 moves to drive the polisher 46 to perform profiling grinding on the blade anew;
[46] (6) when a certain pressing block 34 is close to the grinding region, the clamping air cylinder 33 drives the pressing block to retract, the pressing block crosses the grinding region, and then the clamping air cylinder drives the pressing block to move downwards to clamp the blade; and
[47] (7) circular moving is carried out according to steps 3-6 until grinding is finished.
