Bamboo is a tall arboreal grass. More than 70 genera and more than 1000 species of the
Bamboo are recorded, but many of them are synonyms. Bamboo is a tall, fast-growing grass plant, and the stem of bamboo is wood. Bamboo is distributed in the tropical, subtropical and warm temperate zones, with East Asia, South-East Asia and the Indian Ocean and Pacific islands being the most concentrated and distributed species. The aboveground stem of bamboo is woody and hollow (we call it bamboo stem), and it is formed in clusters from the underground stem (rhizome) of bamboo.
Compared with trees, bamboo has a short growth cycle, wide source, corrosion resistance, and can maintain good physical properties for a long time. In addition, bamboo has high hardness 5 and strong toughness, so bamboo is more and more used in life. Bamboo strips are bamboo skins cut into certain specifications by cutting bamboo poles, and they are kind of thin strips of bamboo, and are suitable for weaving into bamboo products of various shapes.
A special bamboo floor for 45-foot and 53-foot containers is provided by the embodiment of the present invention, comprising: a first bamboo mat layer, a second bamboo mat layer and a bamboo curtain layer, the first bamboo mat layer and the second bamboo mat layer are both composed of multi-layer bamboo mats, and the bamboo curtain layer is composed of multi-layer bamboo curtains; the bamboo mats and the bamboo curtains are woven by bamboo strips 1, and the bamboo curtain layer is arranged between the first bamboo mat layer and the second bamboo mat layer.
The container floor is composed of the first bamboo mat layer, the bamboo curtain layer and the second bamboo mat layer arranged in sequence, the bamboo mat and the bamboo curtain are woven by bamboo strips 1, and the upper and lower bamboo mat layers are both composed of multi-layer bamboo mats, so that the transverse compressive strength of the container floor is improved. The bamboo curtain layer is composed of multi-layer bamboo curtains, so that the longitudinal compressive strength of the container floor is improved. The transverse compressive strength and the longitudinal compressive strength of the container floor made in this way are high, and can bear a large weight. Moreover, using the woven bamboo strips 1 reduces the wood consumption of the traditional container floor.
Optionally, the bamboo strips 1 in the embodiment are cut by the bamboo pole of Phyllostachys pubescens, and Phyllostachys pubescens is the bamboo species with long cultivation, widest area and most important economic value in China. Phyllostachys pubescens is large and suitable for selection and cutting. It should be noted that Phyllostachys pubescens is only one of the preferred embodiments of the present embodiment, and the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, ma bamboo and arrow bamboo, etc., can also be used.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the bamboo mats are woven by the bamboo strips 1 with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 0.7 mm.
As the bamboo mat is woven by a plurality of the bamboo strips 1, when weaving the bamboo mat, a plurality of the bamboo strips 1 are interlaced, which not only makes the woven bamboo mat not easy to scatter, but also makes the toughness of the bamboo strips 1 higher after interlacing. The present invention through the bamboo mat woven by the bamboo strips 1 with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 0.7 mm, is convenient for a plurality of the bamboo strips 1 being interlaced and woven into the bamboo mat. Optionally, the bamboo mat in this embodiment is woven by the bamboo strips 1 with a thickness of 0.5mm.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the bamboo curtains are woven by the bamboo strips with a thickness of 1.4mm to 1.6mm.
As the weaving mode of the bamboo curtain is different from the interlaced weaving mode of the bamboo mat, in order to maintain the compressive strength of the woven bamboo curtain, the bamboo curtain is woven by the bamboo strips 1 with a thickness of 1.4mm to 1.6mm.
Compared with the bamboo strips 1 constituting the bamboo mat, the thickness of the bamboo strips 1 constituting the bamboo curtain is increased, and the compressive strength of the woven bamboo curtain is improved. Optionally, the bamboo curtain in this example is woven by the bamboo strips 1 with a thickness of 1.5mm.
Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 3 shows a top view of the bamboo mat provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the bamboo mats are woven horizontally and vertically by a plurality of the bamboo strips 1.
The present invention through the bamboo mats woven horizontally and vertically by a plurality of the bamboo strips 1, not only makes the woven bamboo strips 1 not easy to scatter, but also has higher toughness after the bamboo strips 1 are horizontally and vertically woven, so as to improve the transverse compressive strength of the bamboo mats.
Referring to FIG. 4, shows a top view of the bamboo curtain provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the bamboo curtains are woven by a plurality of the bamboo strips 1 in a same direction. The bamboo curtain of the present invention through the bamboo curtain woven by a plurality of the bamboo strips 1in a same direction, retains the excellent characteristics of high density, good toughness and large strength of the bamboo material, and is more robust and durable, is not easy to deform, and improves the longitudinal compressive strength of the bamboo curtain.
As shown in FIG. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the special bamboo floor for the 45-foot and 53-foot containers further comprises one or more cotton threads, and a plurality of the bamboo strips in the same direction are connected through the cotton thread. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first bamboo mat layer is provided with a coated paper 2 on the side facing away from the bamboo curtain layer.
The coated paper is also called impregnated adhesive film paper, and is impregnated with special paper, amino resin or phenolic resin, and dried to a certain degree of curing. The present invention through the first bamboo mat layer provided with the coated paper 2 on the side facing away from the bamboo curtain layer, makes the surface of the produced container floor smooth and flat, and strictly limits the discharge amount of harmful gas, and prolongs the service life of the container floor.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, adjacent bamboo mats and adjacent bamboo curtains are bonded by phenolic resin. The present invention has the advantages of good heat resistance, high bonding strength, tensile strength, impact resistance, moisture and thermal aging resistance and the like. The present invention improves the compressive strength and the corrosion resistance of the container floor and prolongs the service life of the container floor by setting the phenolic resin bonding connection.
Optionally, after the bamboo mat and bamboo curtain in the embodiment are bonded by the phenolic resin, the placed bamboo mat and bamboo curtain are pressed together by a hot press to form a final container floor.
As shown in FIG. 1, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first bamboo mat layer and the second bamboo mat layer are both composed of two layers of a bamboo mat, and the bamboo curtain layer is composed of 22 to 28 layers of a bamboo curtain. Due to the different sizes of the container, the thickness of the container floor is different. According to the present invention, the first bamboo mat layer and the second bamboo mat layer are both composed of two layers of the bamboo mats, and the bamboo curtain layer is composed of 22 to 28 layers of the bamboo curtains. Therefore, the structure of the 45-foot special container floor is more stable, the transverse and longitudinal compressive strength is high, and the stability is good.
As shown in FIG. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first bamboo mat layer and the second bamboo mat layer are both composed of three layers of the bamboo mat, and the bamboo curtain layer is composed of 35 to 40 layers of the bamboo curtain.
