A wolfberry picking machine, including a picking body, a travelling mechanism, a supporting frame, a picking vibration device and a picking combing brush device, the travelling mechanism assembled on both sides of the picking body can travel under the action of the control system; the supporting frame is assembled inside the picking body to support the picking vibration device and the picking combing brush device, ensuring the stabiIity of the picking machine when it works; and height of the picking body can be adjusted by operating the hydraulic Iifting cy|inder according to the height of the wolfberry tree; the picking vibration device is powered by a hydraulic motor, and the picking combing brush device is assembled on the picking vibration device to pick wolfberries.

WOLFBERRY PICKING MACHINE
FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY The present invention relates to the technical field of agricultural machinery device, and specifically, to a wolfberry picking machine.
BACKGROUND Chinese wolfberry are distributed in Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai and other places in China, among them, the wolfberry in Ningxia is well-known at home and abroad, which is benefited from the unique climate, geographical environment and water quality of the Yellow River in Ningxia. Wolfberry is rich in protein, vitamins, rutin and various amino acids and so on. With functions of nourishing liver and kidney, and improving eyesight, it is a kind of healthy vegetable favored by consumers. The current planting area in China is 1.4 million mu, of which the planting area of wolfberry in Ningxia accounts for more than 70%. Although wolfberry is planted widely, due to its unique cultivation mode, it is difficult to perform large- scale mechanized operations, only traditional manual picking is available, causing many problems such as low efficiency, high cost, and long picking cycle. At present, the mechanized wolfberry picking machines mainly include vibratory picking machine, combing brush picking machine, bionic manipulators, etc., among them, the vibration frequency of vibratory picking machine is not easy to control, and combing brush picking machine has low picking efficiency, moreover, wolfberry branches and fruits are easily damaged. Although some combing brushes are made of soft materials, can only pick mature wolfberry fruits, and the efficiency of picking is still low. How to effectively pick mature wolfberry fruits without affecting immature fruits on the premise ensuring the integrity of the wolfberry branches has become a major problem that plagues wolfberry planting.
SUMMARY in view of above problems, the present invention provides a wolfberry picking machine. A wolfberry picking machine, including: a picking body, a travelling mechanism, a supporting frame, a picking vibration device and a picking combing brush device; the travelling mechanism is assembled on both sides of the picking body, and the supporting frame is assembled inside the picking body; the picking vibration device is assembled on the supporting frame, the picking combing brush device is assembled under the picking vibration

The picking body 1 includes a body 10, an arc-shaped cover 11, a main control body 12, a diesel engine 13, a hydraulic system 14, a main control platform 15, and a first supporting plate 16, a second supporting plate 17, an intermediate supporting plate 18 and a stiffener 19, wherein the arc-shaped cover 11 is fixed on both sides of the body 10; the main control body 12 is assembled on the right side of the body 10, and the diesel engine 13 and the hydraulic system 14 are disposed inside of the main control body 12; the diesel engine 13 provides power required by the hydraulic system 14, and the main control platform 15 is fixed on the upper of the main control body 12 to control the operation of the picking machine; the first supporting plate 16 and the second supporting plate 17 are fixed on the upper of the body 10, and the intermediate supporting plate 18 vertically connects the first
-6- supporting plate 16 and the second supporting plate 17; the first supporting plate 16 and the intermediate supporting plate 18 are fixedly connected by the stiffener 19, the second supporting plate 17 and the intermediate supporting plate 18 are fixedly connected by the stiffener 19; and a lower end of the first supporting plate 16 is fixedly connected with two stabilizing plates 160, ;the two stabilizing plates 160 are fixed inside the body 10 by bolts.
The travelling mechanism2 includes a connecting block 20, a hydraulic lifting cylinder 21, a piston rod 22, a fixed block 23, a hydraulic pipe 24, a hub supporting arm 25, a triangular supporting block 26 and a travelling wheel 27, wherein the connecting block 20 is fixed on the outer wall of the body 10; the rear end of the hydraulic lifting cylinder 21 is hinged on the connecting block 20, and one end of the piston rod 22 is hinged with the fixed block 23, the other end of the piston rod 22 is connected with the front end of the hydraulic lifting cylinder 21; the fixed block 23 is fixedly installed on the hub supporting arm 25, one end of the hydraulic pipe 24 is connected with the hydraulic system 14, and the other end of the hydraulic pipe 24 is connected with the oil inlet of the hydraulic lifting cylinder 21; one end of the hub supporting arm 25 is hinged with the triangular supporting block 26, and the other end of the hub supporting arm 25 is assembled on the hub of the travelling wheel 27.
