Description

FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates generally to the technical field of public equipment, in particular, a safety networking street light.
BACKGROUND
As the urbanization has become the main tendency, the road traffic is developed convenient and adequate road illumination devices are also provided. With the social development, road illumination systems are required to obtain more functions to satisfy a variety of social demands and facilitate people's life. At present, although some technical solutions of multi-functional road illumination systems have been disclosed, there are some defects among these solutions which should be improved. For example, Chinese utility model patent CN 20315179311 entitled INDEPENDENT AND INTELLIGENT STREET LIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM, published in 21 August 2013, disclosed an independent and intelligent street light control system comprising a power supply unit, a camera unit, an intelligent control unit, a power control unit and a luminescence unit, wherein the power supply unit is connected to the camera unit, the intelligent control unit and the power control unit. The signal output terminal of the camera unit is connected to the signal input terminal of the intelligent control unit. The control terminal of the intelligent control unit is connected to the power control unit, and the power control unit is connected to the luminescence unit. The images around the luminescence unit are shot by the camera unit, and then the shot images are transmitted to the intelligent control unit where the images are statistically analyzed and processed. Subsequently, according to the command transmitted by the intelligent control unit, the luminescence unit is controlled by the power control unit, wherein the intelligent control unit is connected to at least two light-sensitive elements which are respectively assembled at both left and right sides of a monitoring camera. Although this invention provides a street light system which is mainly used for illuminating and also changes the illumination intensity of the street light in terms of the illumination conditions, it fails to use the widespread network of street light illumination, to make many practical functions, such as safety monitoring network and emergency power supply etc, be widely distributed, so this invention lacks multi-functional emergency effects on its application.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Therefore, it would be desirable to provide a safety networking street light which integrates multi-functions for illuminating, automatic turn-on or turn-off and equipment safety networking, as well as charging, to alleviate the above described defects.
In order to achieve the purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solution:
A safety networking street light comprises a lamp arm, a lamppost attached to the lamp arm, an illuminating lamp assembled under the lamp arm, an operation station configured at the lower portion of the lamppost, a loudspeaker and a number sign plate both configured on the lamppost. A monitoring camera is assembled underneath the lamp arm and adjacent to the illuminating lamp, and a light-sensitive element is configured on the top of the lamp arm. The operation station comprises a panel and an electric socket both configured on the housing of the operation station, and a control-circuit having emergency power supply and a processor. Electric power, through the control-circuit, is supplied to the illuminating lamp, the loudspeaker, the monitoring camera, the panel and the electric socket, wherein the processor of the control-circuit is connected to the Internet through pre-embedded lines. An emergency alarm is configured on the panel.
A solar panel is also configured at the top of the lamppost, wherein the solar panel is connected to the emergency power.
The operation station is configured at the lower portion of the lamppost, and an awning is assembled at the top of the lamppost, on the opposite side of the lamp arm, but the same side of the operation station.
The light-sensitive element will transmit a signal to the control unit to turn on the street light when the illumination intensity is below 100 Ix.
The monitoring camera is provided with at least a spherical camera.
The electric socket is an explosion-proof socket with a waterproof lid.
The housing of the operation station is designed full-closed, and the surface of the panel is coated with a transparent waterproof thin film.
A working-mode indicator lamp is also assembled on the panel.
The emergency power is an UPS.
The present invention has the following advantages:
1. The present invention provides a safety networking street light, wherein the loudspeaker assembled on the lamppost can be used for broadcasting through a network, and the number sign plate can be used for recognizing the position of the street light in case of emergency, e.g. requiring ambulance or the police. The monitoring camera and the emergency alarm are connected to the network, thereby the monitoring camera becomes an important part, namely Eye, of the Global Eye - a monitoring system, and the emergency alarm provides a quick advice to the police station for the pedestrians who have no chance to call the police in an emergency situation. The electric socket can temporarily provide the electricity to the pedestrians for charging their electronic devices, and can also provide power supply for the road construction and administration department. In the condition of abnormal power supply, the emergency power can temporarily guarantee the normal operation of the street light. The light-sensitive element provides the real-time references for controlling the automatic turn-on or turn-off of the street light.
2. The present invention provides a safety networking street light, wherein the solar panel is connected to the emergency power which can thereby be charged by solar energy, which can save energy and reduces the dependence to the power supply system The awning is assembled for preventing the device from being wet, and also for providing a rain shelter for the pedestrians when raining. When the illumination intensity is below 100 lx where human eyes require a supplementary lighting, the light-sensitive element will transmit a signal to the control unit to turn on the street light, so as to achieve the automatic on-off function of the street light, and reasonably save energy. The explosion-proof socket with a waterproof lid, the design of the full-closed housing and the waterproof thin film are all to prevent the electronic elements from being watered. The working-mode indicator shows the real-time working conditions, and the UPS works reliably.
