Abstract
The present invention generally relates to an auto—feeding labeller in the technical field of packaging technology. The auto—feeding labeller comprises an auto—feeding mechanism (2) and a labeling mechanism (3). The auto—feeding mechanism (2) comprises a feeding chamber (201), a rotary feeding turntable (202) and a first conveyor belt (203) assembled under the feeding turntable (202), wherein slots (204) matched with the diameters of the objects which are prepared to be packaged are made on the feeding turntable (202) and two baffle plates (2011) are arranged obliquely on the side walls close to the bottom of the feeding chamber (201). The labeling mechanism (3) comprises a labeling strip conveying mechanism (301), a label absorbing mechanism (302) and a wastepaper recycling mechanism (303). The present invention is mainly used for labeling round objects, and has the advantages that the efficiency of labeling is improved and automatic feeding is achieved.
Description
AN AUTO-FEEDING LABELLER
FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention generally relates to a labeller, in particular, to an auto-feeding labeller, in the technical field of packaging technology.
BACKGROUND
Labeller is the equipment for attaching a sticky label (paper or metal foils) to PCB, products or specific packages, and plays an important role in the modern packaging. There are many kinds of labellers with different technologies, from manual, semi-automatic labeling to high speed labeling in China.
It is common that a labeller is the equipment for attaching paper or metal foils to specific packaging containers through adhesive. When a sensor transmits a signal of preparing for labeling, the driving wheels configured on the labeller rotate. Due to a roll of label in the equipment under severe strain and the materials of labels having certain rigidity, when release liner attached to a stripping board runs, the forepart of the labels is forced to separate from the stripping board, so as to prepare for labeling. In the meantime, the required object is delivered under the label, thereby fulfilling synchronously labeling through labeling wheels. A sensor positioned under the roll of label transmits a signal of stop after labeling, and then the driving wheels are stopped to achieve a cycle of labeling. A Chinese utility model patent CN206107755U, entitled "PLASTIC LID LABELLER", disclosed a iabelier, including a base, a conveying mechanism, a workstation and a feeding device. The base is assembled on the ground and a supporting plate of the conveying mechanism is fixed on the base. An output wheel and a recovery wheel are configured on one side of the supporting plate, wherein a labeling strip is assembled on the output wheel and is delivered to the output station through guide wheels and a plurality of transmission wheels. A labeling sensor is equipped between the transmission wheels. A label absorbing device is assembled on the other side of the supporting plate, wherein a pipette is assembled under the label absorbing device. Friction rollers are also assembled under the supporting plate. A Chinese utility model patent CN203199297U, entitled "NOVEL LABEL MECHINE", disclosed a labeller, including a labeling machine body. The labeling machine body is provided with an ejecting-object device and a rotating servomotor. An ejecting-object mechanism is assembled at the front end of the ejecting-object device and a manipulator object gripping device is configured at the other side of the ejecting-object device. A labeling mechanism, a pressing label device and a lift adjustable mechanism, as well as a vertical adjustable mechanism and a horizontal adjustable mechanism, are assembled in the labeling machine body. The present labeller can complete a cycle of labeling for specific objects such as ellipse-shaped objects and round waist-shaped objects, with high accuracy of labeling.
In the prior art, a round object is mainly delivered by conveyor belts when labeling, and the starting point of the conveyor belt is required to be connected to the end point of a round object packaging machine. A continuous production is able to increase the productivity, however, if an error is made in a certain procedure, the normal operation of the following procedure is also easily affected. For a semi-continuous packaging, the round object is labeled after its lid is packaged and aligned. In the prior art, a labeller, which is designed for packaging round objects and can automatically feed the objects in a semi-continuous packaging process, has not been disclosed.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
Therefore, in order to alleviate the defeats existed in the prior art, such as low-level automatization in feeding mode and low productivity, it would be desirable to provide an auto-feeding iabeiler, wherein an auto-feeding mechanism is configured and is cooperated with a labeling mechanism, thereby achieving labeling without the influences of the former packaging process and achieving high efficiency of labeling as well.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solution:
An auto-feeding iabelier comprises an auto-feeding mechanism and a labeling mechanism. The auto-feeding mechanism comprises a feeding chamber, a rotary feeding turntable and a first conveyor belt configured under the feeding turntable. Slots matched with the diameters of the objects which are prepared to be packaged are made on the feeding turntable and two baffle plates are arranged obliquely on the side walls close to the bottom of the feeding chamber. The labeling mechanism comprises a labeling strip conveying mechanism, a label absorbing mechanism and a wastepaper recycling mechanism.
Further, in the present invention, the auto-feeding mechanism and the mounting base are hinged. A turnover mechanism is connected to the auto-feeding mechanism for turning over the auto-feeding mechanism at 90 degrees. The turnover mechanism comprises a joint lever and an air cylinder used for controlling the joint lever, wherein the joint lever and the auto-feeding mechanism are fixedly connected.
In the present invention, the feeding chamber also comprises a demountable vertical plate, which is made of transparent material, and the vertical plate is fixed to the feeding chamber by retaining plates.
In the present invention, the labeling strip conveying mechanism comprises an output wheel, a guide wheel, a tensioning wheel and an output station which is used for separating the labels from wastepaper.
In the present invention, the label absorbing mechanism comprises a first supporting bar which is arranged horizontally and a second supporting bar which is arranged vertically, wherein a slide rail is configured between the first supporting bar and the second supporting bar, and the second supporting bar can be slid up and down, left and right on the first supporting bar.
In the present invention, an ejecting-object device is arranged under the label absorbing mechanism for ejecting the labeled objects to the second conveyor belt.
In the present invention, the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt are perpendicular.
In the present invention, the labeller also comprises an operating interface.
The present invention has the following advantages: (1) The present invention is applied for labeling round objects in the semi-continuous packaging process. In the present invention, the auto-feeding mechanism comprises a feeding chamber, a rotary feeding turntable and a first conveyor belt configured under the feeding turntable, wherein the first conveyor belt is used for conveying the unloaded objects from the labeling mechanism for labeling. Slots matched with the diameters of the objects which are prepared to be packaged are made on the feeding turntable so that the round objects can be stuck.
Two baffle plates are arranged obliquely on the side wails close to the bottom of the feeding chamber for stopping the round objects. The present invention can not only avoid the influences of the errors made in the former procedure, but also can greatly improve the efficiency of labeling and collate the objects as well, through the configuration of an auto-feeding mechanism and its cooperation with a labeling mechanism. (2) In the present invention, the auto-feeding mechanism and the mounting base are hinged. A turnover mechanism is connected to the auto-feeding mechanism for turning over the auto-feeding mechanism at 90 degrees. The turnover mechanism comprises a joint lever and an air cylinder used for controlling the joint lever. The joint lever and the auto-feeding mechanism are fixedly connected. Thus, the feeding turntable can be positioned in a horizontal place by overturning, so as to conveniently load the objects into the chamber. (3) In the present invention, the feeding chamber also comprises a demountable vertical plate, which is made of transparent material, and the vertical plate is fixed to the feeding chamber by retaining plates. When the round objects are needed to be loaded into the feeding chamber, the vertical plate is removed and then the objects are loaded. The vertical plate is rearranged after loading. As the vertical plate is made of transparent material, it is convenient for the operators to check the residual amount of the objects in the feeding chamber, thereby better monitoring and loading the objects in time. (4) In the present invention, the label absorbing mechanism comprises a first supporting bar which is arranged horizontally and a second supporting bar which is arranged vertically, wherein a slide rail is configured between the first supporting bar and the second supporting bar. The second supporting bar can be slid up and down, left and right on the first supporting bar, which can be adapted for accurately labeling the round objects with various diameters and heights. (5) In the present invention, an ejecting-object device is arranged under the label absorbing mechanism, to eject the labeled objects to the second conveying belt. Thus, the round labeled objects are ejected to the second convey or belt through the ejecting-object mechanism, and then are packed and boxed in the next procedure.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The present invention will be described hereinafter with reference to the following embodiments and figures, but the embodiments of the present invention are not confined to those.
Embodiment 1
An auto-feeding Iabeiler comprises a mounting base 1, an auto-feeding mechanism 2 and a labeling mechanism 3. The auto-feeding mechanism 2 comprises a feeding chamber 201, a rotary feeding turntable 202 and a first conveyor belt 203 configured under the feeding turntable 202, wherein slots 204 matched with the diameters of the objects which is prepared to be packaged are made on the feeding turntable 202 and two baffle plates 2011 are arranged obliquely on the side walls close to the bottom of the feeding chamber 201. The labeling mechanism 3 comprises a labeling strip conveying mechanism 301, a label absorbing mechanism 302 and a wastepaper recycling mechanism 303.
Before the feeding turntable is prepared to feed, round objects in the feeding chamber have already come into the slots, and the position of the round objects changes from up to down along with the rotation of the feeding turntable. When the round objects are turned to underneath of the feeding turntable, they drop off on the first conveyor belt 203 by gravity, wherein the first conveyor belt 203 is made of soft material such that it can act as a cushion, then the round objects are conveyed to the labeling mechanism by the first conveyor belt 203 for labeling.
Embodiment 2
Herein the present embodiment is built up based on the Embodiment 1, the auto-feeding mechanism 2 and the mounting base 1 are hinged and a turnover mechanism 4 is connected to the auto-feeding machine 2 for turning over the auto-feeding machine at 90 degrees. The turnover mechanism comprises a joint lever 401 and an air cylinder 402 used for controlling the joint lever 401, wherein the joint lever 401 and the auto-feeding mechanism 2 are fixedly connected. In the present embodiment, the joint lever and the auto feeding mechanism are fixedly connected by a mounting plate.
Embodiment 3
Herein the present embodiment is built up based on the Embodiment 2, the feeding chamber 201 also comprises a demountable vertical plate 2012, which is made of transparent material.
The vertical plate 2012 is fixed to the feeding chamber 201 by retaining plates 205. When loading, firstly the auto-feeding mechanism is turned over by the turnover mechanism so that the feeding turntable is positioned in a horizontal place. Subsequently, the vertical plate is removed, and then it is rearranged after the round objects are well aligned. Finally, the auto-feeding mechanism is turned over at 90 degrees by the turnover mechanism. Thus, the loading is completed.
Embodiment 4
Herein the present embodiment is built up based on the embodiment 3, the labeling strip conveying mechanism 301 comprises an output wheel 3011, a guide wheel 3012, a tensioning wheel 3013 and an output station 3014 used for separating the labels from wastepaper.
In the embodiment, the label absorbing mechanism 302 comprises a first supporting bar 3021 which is arranged horizontally and a second supporting bar 3022 which is arranged vertically, wherein a slide rail 3023 is configured between the first supporting bar 3021 and the second supporting bar 3022, and the second supporting bar 3022 can be slid up and down, left and right on the first supporting bar 3021.
In the embodiment, an ejecting-object device 6 is assembled under the label absorbing mechanism 302 for ejecting the objects to the second conveyor belt 5.
Further, the first conveyor belt 203 and the second conveyor belt 5 are perpendicular.
In the embodiment, the auto-feeding Iabeiler also comprises an operating interface 7 so that the operator is able to conveniently operate the labeller.
The embodiment described hereinbefore is merely preferred embodiment of the present invention and not for purposes of any restrictions or limitations on the invention. It will be apparent that any non-substantive, obvious alterations or improvement by the technician of this technical field according to the present invention may be incorporated into ambit of claims of the present invention.
