Abstract
Description
Title: Air supply device for enhancing the atomization effect of fuel.
Zoals weergegeven in fig. As shown in Fig. 1, a conventional air supply device for use in a carburetor comprises an air filter 1, an air inlet tube 2, a carburetor 3 and a car engine 4. An air inlet 11 is arranged on the air filter 1 to suck in ambient air which is filtered by filter materials 12 disposed therein. The back of the air filter 1 is connected to the air inlet tube 2. The filtered air enters the air inlet tube 2 to the carburetor 3 to mix with gasoline to form a gas fuel. The gas fuel enters the engine 4 and is ignited to burn and generate power. This conventional device can draw air into the carburetor 3 to be ignited, but does not provide for effective atomization of gas fuel. Therefore, the combustion of the gas fuel cannot be complete and the power generated can be low. In addition, the amount of polluted exhaust gas from the engine 4 is increased.
Zoals getoond in fig. The ROC Utility model 87209086 in the name of the applicant describes an air inlet device with an air inlet tube 5 in which a turbo charger 6 is arranged. As shown in Fig. 2, the turbocharger 6 comprises a cylindrical housing 61 in which a turbo propeller 63 is rotatably received by means of a bearing 62. The inner end of the turbocharger 6 is provided with a second cylindrical body 65 with curved air deflectors 64. The ambient air flows into the air inlet tube 5 via the turbocharger 6, the moving airflow causing the propeller 63 to rotate and the airflow turbulent when passing through the air baffle 64 flows. The charged air and gasoline are evaporated within the carburetor and an atomized effect of the gasoline is formed.

Such a turbocharger 6 improves the atomizing effect, but the charger 6 occupies the majority of the space of the air inlet tube 5 and can easily block the air flow. The resistance to the suction of air is therefore greater and the effectiveness of the suction of air is low. Furthermore, the entire construction is complicated and not easy to assemble and regular maintenance is necessary.

Overeenkomstig de onderhavige uitvinding is de turbulentiering 71 verticaal binnen de luchtinlaat aangebracht en reikt deze vanaf de binnenwand van de luchtinlaatbuis 7 binnenwaarts.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT Similar to the conventional air vent device, the present air vent device has an air filter for sucking in air from outside that is loaded into the carburetor via an air guide and then mixed with gasoline to form a gas mixture. The gas mixture is fed to the cylinders of the engine to produce ignition power. Referring to FIGs. 3-5, the air inlet tube 7 according to the present invention has a tubular opening in which a flow distribution element 8 is provided which has a set of projecting ends 81 which can be inserted into the air inlet tube 7. The inner wall of the air inlet tube 7 is provided with a turbulent ring 71 close to the end of the flow distribution element 8. As shown in the figures, the flow distribution element 8 is tubular. The end of the air inlet tube 7 is provided on the opening side with two protrusions that act as seats 72 to position the ends. The flow distribution element 10 can be inserted into the inlet tube 7. The two protruding ends 81 cooperate with the respective seats 72. According to the present invention, the turbulence ring 71 is arranged vertically within the air inlet and extends inwards from the inner wall of the air inlet tube 7.
Referring to Fig. 5, the head end of the air inlet tube 7 is connected to the end connection of an air filter 9 and the flow distribution element 8 is arranged at the tube opening connecting the air inlet tube 7 and the air filter 9. There is a distance between the end of the flow distribution element 8 and the turbulence ring 71 within the air inlet tube 7. When ambient air enters the air inlet tube 7 via the air inlet 9, this flow of outside air is divided into two streams as a result of the blockage of the flow distribution element 8. When the two currents collide with the inner wall of the turbulence ring 71, the currents are interrupted and turbulence occurs. Therefore, the outside air stream turbulently enters the carburetor and mixes it with the gasoline to form a gaseous mixture.
According to the present invention, after the flow-through element 9 has flowed through, the outside air stream is divided into two streams and the two streams strike the turbulent ring 10 15888 4 71 arranged on the inner wall of the air inlet 7. This causes the airflow to enter the carburetor with a higher degree of turbulence, thereby increasing the atomizing effect of the gas fuel. As a result of the improved combustion efficiency, the amount of contaminated exhaust gases will be considerably reduced. Moreover, the flow distribution element 8 according to the present invention is a very simple rod structure and the small surface thereof offers a very low resistance to the external air flow. Furthermore, the turbulence ring 71 of the air inlet 7 and the air inlet 7 are integrally formed as a unit and the simple structure of the flow distribution element 8 can facilitate the assembly process of the device. The current distribution element 8 is a simple structure and therefore does not require continuous maintenance. This considerably reduces the maintenance costs of the engine.
