Abstract

The present utility model relates to an elevator apparatus, comprising: a hoisting machine (2) for driving a car (4) through a main rope (9); a mechanical beam (11a, 11b, 11c) arranged above a hoistway (3), having a lengthwise direction orthogonal to a rotating shaft direction of the hoisting machine (2); and a bearing beam (12a, 12b) arranged between the hoisting machine (2) and the mechanical beam (11a, 11b, 11c), having a lengthwise direction parallel to the rotating shaft direction of the hoisting machine (2), wherein the hoisting machine (2) is arranged at one end of the bearing beam (12a, 12b), and a first hitch plate (13b) of the elevator rope (9) is arranged at the other end of the bearing beam (12a, 12b).
