Abstract
[Object] A coagulating sedimentation device (1, 1?) is provided that can be easily mounted and carried on a truck or the like. [Solution] Raw water is introduced into a coagulation tank (11). An inorganic coagulant, a pH adjuster, and a cationic polymer flocculant are added to the raw water and the mixture is stirred by a stirrer 15 to produce a coagulation solution. The coagulation solution flows out to a flow transfer tray (17). An anionic polymer flocculant is added to the coagulation solution. Then, the coagulation solution is tangentially fed into an increased diameter portion 18A of a center well 18 )), and flows out from a distributor 19 toward a downstream side in a rotating direction thereof.
