Abstract

[Problem] To provide a binder composition that suppresses lowering of workability even at low temperatures. [Solution] A binder composition contains a solvent-extracted oil: 63.0 or more to 77.0 weight% or less, a lubricant base oil: 20.0 or more to 25.0 weight% or less, and a bitumen: 1.0 or more to 12.0 weight% or less. A relationship between a content Y of the bitumen and a content X of the lubricant base oil satisfies Y ? ?5/2 ? X + 56. A complex modulus at 0.1 rad/second at 0?C is 10.00 Pa or less. (Fig. 1)
