A weather correction device (200, 101, 105) includes: a weather forecast data acquiring unit (212) that acquires .a past weather forecast data (221) at each of predetermined intervals; a weather measured data acquiring unit (213) that acquires a past weather measured data (222) at each of the predetermined intervals; a corrected value calculating unit (216) that calculates a corrected weather forecast value at each of the predetermined intervals, the corrected weather forecast value being calculated by correcting the weather forecast data (221) to be a target of prediction, on the basis of the acquired weather forecast data (221) and the acquired weather measured data (222).
