Abstract

The present invention provides a coal ash granulated material that has a high strength and water absorption coefficient. The coal ash granulated material is formed by a mixture of: a granulated material that is formed as granules and contains coal ash and a cement hydrate that binds the coal ash; a second coal ash; and a cement hydrate that binds the second coal ash and the granulated material. The coal ash granulated material has a larger particle diameter than the granulated material included therein. This coal ash granulated material is provided on the bottom of a body of water, and improves the bottom. Fig. 1
