Abstract
The present invention discloses waterproof thermal insulation mortar for 3D building printing, and a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of novel building wall materials. The waterproof thermal insulation mortar for 3D building printing provided in the present invention includes the following raw materials with the following mass percentages : composite cement (50%-80%), filler (10%-20%), hollow vitrified microbeads (5%-21%), expanded vermiculite powder (0.2%-0.4%), straw fiber (0.1%-0.3%), steel-like fiber (0.05%-0.4%), composite penetrant (1.8%-5.3%), curing agent (0.2%-2%), defoamer (0.1%-0.5%), redispersible latex powder (0.3%-0. 7%), and water reducing agent (0.5%-0.8%). By adopting the technical solutions of the present invention , the mechanical performance , flowability , and curing speed of the mortar can be effectively improved while ensuring the waterproofing and thermal insulation performance of the mortar, so that the requirements of 3D building printing can be met.
