Abstract

The present invention discloses a colorectal cancer detection kit, and more particularly relates to a colorectal cancer detection kit taking excrement as a detection sample. The colorectal cancer includes an Alu detection reagent and PvPP (polyvinyl-polypyrrolindone). After repeated explorations, it is discovered that Alu, among numerous colorectal cancer markers, can be detected by directly diluting the sample to perform the PCR amplification detection on the premise of proper simple pretreatment, without undergoing the complex steps such as cell disruption and DNA extraction, and high sensitivity and specificity are obtained.
