The present invention relates to an ice cream powder comprising milk powder, cream powder, creamer powder, sweetener, emulsifier, stabilizer and flavouring. The ice cream powder is used to produce ice cream by mixing the ice cream powder with water to form an ice cream mixture; and freezing and aerating the ice cream mixture in an ice cream maker at a desired temperature and texture.
