Abstract
Fluidized-bed type combustion equipment (1) includes a fluidized-bed combustion furnace (21) that combusts fuel while allowing a fluidized medium to flow, and a supply section (3) that supplies the fluidized medium to the fluidized-bed combustion furnace (21). The supply section (3) includes a blowing unit ( 32) that blows gas transporting the fluidized medium, and a flow speed adjusting unit (34) that adjusts the flow speed of the gas. The flow speed of the gas, which transports the fluidized medium, is adjusted by the flow speed adjusting unit (34), and damage to a pipe (L33) in which the fluidized medium flows is inhibited. The progression of damage to the pipe can be inhibited by the reduction of the flow speed of the gas.
