THE MOBILE PORTAL SYSTEM COMPRISES A PLURALITY OF PROVIDER SERVER GROUPS (I 20), A CENTRAL SERVER GROUP (I I O)S AND A PROVIDER SERVER GROUPS (130) FOR EACH OF THE PLURALITY OF PROVIDER SERVER. 'ME PLURALITY OF PROVIDER SERVER GROUPS (120) ARE ADAPTED FOR STORING AND MANAGING CONTENT INFORMATION, SAID CONTENT INFORMATION ARE BEING STREAMED TO FIT A SCREEN OF THE MOBILE CORNMUNICATION DEVICE (IO 1); THE CENTRAL SERVER GROUP (I IO) IS ADAPTED FOR SYNCHRONOUSLY STORING AND MANAGING THE CONTENT INFORMATION STORED AT THE PLURALITY OF PROVIDER SERVER GROUPS (120); AND THE PROVIDER SERVER GROUPS (I 30) IS ADAPTED FOR SYNCHRONIZING AND UPDATING THE CONTENT INFORMATION STORED IN THE CENTRAL SERVER GROUP (I 10) WITH THAT OF THE PLURALITY OF PROVIDER SERVER GROUPS (120).
