PROVIDED IS A SCAFFOLD-TIGHTENING APPARATUS TO REDUCE A GAP BETWEEN A LIFT OPERATING MEANS (200, 300) INSTALLED AT AN OUTER WALL OF A STRUCTURE (1) AND A PROFILE (100) INSTALLED AT A SIDE FACING THE OUTER WALL OF THE STRUCTURE (1) AND HAVING A PLURALITY OF LATCHES (130) DISPOSED AT PREDETERMINED INTERVALS, INCLUDING, A FIRST LATCH MEMBER (10) HAVING A HOOK SHAPE, A SECOND LATCH MEMBER (20) HAVING A HOOK SHAPE IN A DIRECTION OPPOSITE TO THE FIRST LATCH MEMBER (10), AND A SHAFT MEMBER (30) CONFIGURED TO CONNECT THE FIRST LATCH MEMBER (10) AND THE SECOND LATCH MEMBER (20), AND IN WHICH A BOLT MEMBER (31) AND A NUT MEMBER (35) ARE AXIALLY CONNECTED TO ADJUST A GAP SPACED FROM EACH OTHER BETWEEN THE FIRST LATCH MEMBER (10) AND THE SECOND LATCH MEMBER (20).
