Abstract

IN A LITERATURE IN THE RELATED ART, BIOMASS IS USED IN PRODUCING BIOMASS CHARCOAL (HIGH-QUALITY CARBONIZED MATERIAL) HAVING A LOW CONTENT OF ALKALI METALS SUCH AS POTASSIUM, AND THE HIGH-QUALITY CARBONIZED MATERIAL (20) IS USED AS A FUEL OF A VERTICAL FURNACE. IN A METHOD IN THE RELATED ART, BIOMASS IS SUBJECTED TO A TREATMENT SELECTED FROM A DRYING TREATMENT, A SOFTENING TREATMENT, AND A DISRUPTION TREATMENT OF A CELL MEMBRANE, AND IS THEN SUBJECTED TO A WATER WASHING TREATMENT. FURTHERMORE, THE RESULTING BIOMASS RAW MATERIAL (1) IS SUBJECTED TO DRY DISTILLATION TO PRODUCE BIOMASS CHARCOAL. THIS BIOMASS CHARCOAL IS BLOWN INTO A VERTICAL FURNACE AND IS USED AS A FUEL. HOWEVER, IT IS NOT BELIEVED THAT WATER CONTAINING MINERALS SUCH AS POTASSIUM IS PRODUCED BY THE WATER WASHING TREATMENT. A METHOD FOR TREATING TROPICAL PLANT WASTE INCLUDES A STEAMING STEP OF STEAMING PALM WASTE WITH STEAM, A CUTTING (SHEAR) CRUSHING STEP, A PELLETIZING STEP, A DRYING STEP, A HIGH- HEAT TREATMENT STEP OF PERFORMING A HIGH-HEAT TREATMENT TO FRACTIONATE THE RESULTING PALM WASTE INTO A CARBONIZED MATERIAL AND A GAS (23) CONTAINING TAR (21) AND A PYRO LIGNEOUS ACID AQUEOUS SOLUTION (ORGANIC ACID SOLUTION), A CARBONIZED MATERIAL PRODUCTION STEP OF COOLING THE CARBONIZED MATERIAL AT A HIGH TEMPERATURE WITH AN ORGANIC ACID SOLUTION TO OBTAIN A HIGH- QUALITY CARBONIZED MATERIAL IN WHICH POTASSIUM, SODIUM, MAGNESIUM, ETC. ARE REMOVED FROM THE SURFACE OF THE CARBONIZED MATERIAL AND A PYRO LIGNEOUS ACID AQUEOUS SOLUTION CONTAINING A POTASSIUM SALT OF AN ORGANIC ACID, A SODIUM SALT OF AN ORGANIC ACID, A MAGNESIUM SALT OF AN ORGANIC ACID, ETC., AND A SEPARATION STEP.
