A COLD ROLLED STEEL SHEET INCLUDES A COMPOSITION CONTAINING, ON A PERCENT BY MASS BASIS, C: 0.0010% TO 0.0030%, SI: 0.05% OR LESS, MN: 0.1% TO 0.5%, P: 0.05% OR LESS, S: 0.02% OR LESS, A1: 0.02% TO 0.10%, N: 0.0010% TO 0.0050%, AND NB: 0.010% TO 0.035%, THE A1 CONTENT AND THE N CONTENT SATISFY THE FOLLOWING FORMULA (1), AND THE REMAINDER IS FE AND INEVITABLE IMPURITIES. IN ADDITION, THE COLD ROLLED STEEL SHEET HAS A TEXTURE PRIMARILY CONTAINING FERRITE GRAINS HAVING AN AVERAGE GRAIN DIAMETER OF 8 TO 20 µM, AND AN AREA RATE OF FERRITE GRAINS WITHIN 15° FROM {211} IN THE SHEET SURFACE IS SET TO 50% OR MORE OF THE TEXTURE.
