Abstract

THE INVENTION PROVIDES A FILM FOR THE SLICED VENEER INSERT WHICH PREVENTS THE SLICED VENEER FROM BEING DISPLACED OR BURIED AT THE TIME OF INSERT MOLDING AND ALLOWS NO SUCTION MARK TO REMAIN ON THE SURFACE OF THE SLICED VENEER, A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE FILM, AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A SLICED VENEER INSERT MOLDED ARTICLE. THE FILM FOR SLICED VENEER INSERT HAVING A GRAINED AREA COMPOSED OF PATTERNS APPEARED ON THE SURFACE OF THE SLICED VENEER CUT IN A PREDETERMINED EXTERNAL PATTERN, WHICH IS BONDED TO ONE SURFACE OF THE SUBSTRATE FILM WITH A PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE LAYER, AND A NON GRAINED AREA IS ALLOCATED IN THE INJECTION MOLD SO THAT THE SURFACE OF SAID FILM OPPOSITE TO SAID SUBSTRATE FILM IS ALONG THE SURFACE WHERE THE CAVITY IS FORMED. THEN A SLICED VENEER INSERT MOLDED ARTICLE IN WHICH SAID FILM FOR SLICED VENEER AND THE MOLDING RESIN WERE UNIFIED BY FILLING THE MOLDING RESIN IN THE CAVITY AFTER THE MOLD WAS CLOSED IS OBTAINED.
