Abstract

THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO AN ANGLE SHEAR CONNECTOR (10) IN STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE STRUCTURE AND SHOWS THE ASSEMBLING METHOD OF THIS CONNECTOR IN COMPOSITE CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE BEAM. THE ANGLE SHEAR CONNECTOR (10) IN STEEL-CONCRETE COMPOSITE STRUCTURE TO PROVIDE AN OPTIMIZED SHEAR CONNECTION BETWEEN CONCRETE SLAB (20) AND STEEL BEAM (30), THE ANGLE SHEAR CONNECTOR (10) INCLUDES AN ANGLE PROFILE WITH LEG (14), FORMS AN ACUTE ANGLE ON THE BEAM (30), CHARACTERIZED IN THAT, SAID ANGLE PROFILE IS PROVIDED WITH HOLE (12), WHEREIN THE HOLE (12) IS USED FOR PASSING REINFORCEMENT (40) TO IMPROVE THE RESISTANCE OF CONNECTOR AGAINST UPLIFT, TO ENABLES SAID ANGLE SHEAR CONNECTOR (10) CONNECTS WITH THE CONCRETE SLAB (20) AND STEEL BEAM (30) TO FORM A COMPOSITE ELEMENT, SUCH THAT IT PROVIDES A CONDITION THAT WHEN THE CONCRETE IS REINFORCED BETWEEN THE ANGLE SHEAR CONNECTOR (10), THE FORCES ARE TRANSFERRED DIRECTLY FROM ONE ANGLE SHEAR CONNECTOR (10) TO THE OTHER.
