Abstract

THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A SUBMERGED TYPE MEMBRANE SEPARATION SYSTEM. ONE OF OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT INVENTION IS TO PREVENT DELETERIOUS PARTICLES FROM BEING CONCENTRATED THEREIN. TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTS, THERE IS PROVIDED A SUBMERGED TYPE MEMBRANE SEPARATION SYSTEM FOR FILTERING AND TREATING SEWAGE AND WASTEWATER, WHICH COMPRISES A GRIT BATH (10), A SCREEN BATH (20), A FLOW CONTROL BATH (30), A MICROFILTRATION SCREEN (40), A TREATMENT TANK (70) AND A SLUDGE THICKENING UNDERFLOW BATH (80), INCLUDES: AN ANAEROBIC BATH (100) INSTALLED OUTSIDE OF THE MICROFILTRATION SCREEN (40); A MEMBRANE SEPARATION AEROBIC BATH (60) INSTALLED OUTSIDE THE ANAEROBIC BATH (100); AN OXYGEN-FREE BATH (110) INSTALLED OUTSIDE THE MEMBRANE SEPARATION AEROBIC BATH (60); A DISTRIBUTION LINE (120) CONNECTED TO THE MICROFILTRATION SCREEN (40); AND A TRANSFER LINE (160) CONNECTED TO THE TRANSFER PUMP (63) IN THE OXYGEN-FREE BATH (110).
