A FLUID HEAT EXCHANGING DEVICE, COMPRISING A HEADER (2) AND A PLURALITY OF INTERCONNECTING CIRCUITS (4) BETWEEN AN SUPPLY PORT (201) AND A RETURN PORT (203), THE INTERCONNECTING CIRCUITS (4) BEING CONNECTED TO THE HEADER (2) BY A CORRESPONDING PLURALITY OF CONNECTION PORTS (202) AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS ALONG THE HEADER (2) WHEREIN THE HEADER (2) INCLUDES A BLOCKING CONTROL ELEMENT (5) INSIDE THE HEADER (2), THE BLOCKING CONTROL ELEMENT (5) BEING POSITIONALLY ADJUSTABLE ALONG THE HEADER (2) TO SELECTIVELY BLOCK FLUID FLOW FROM THE SUPPLY PORT (201) THROUGH THE CONNECTION PORTS (202) OF THE PLURALITY OF INTERCONNECTING CIRCUITS (4), THEREBY SELECTIVELY CONTROLLING THOSE INTERCONNECTING CIRCUITS (4) OF THE PLURALITY OF INTERCONNECTING CIRCUITS (4) WHICH ARE SUBJECTED TO FLUID FLOW THERETHROUGH IN DEPENDENCY ON THE POSITION OF THE BLOCKING CONTROL ELEMENT(5).FIG.1
