THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A MECHANISM OF A LENGTH-VARIABLE BELT WHERE THE LENGTHS OF THE BELTS 13 THROUGH 16 ARE ADJUSTED BY, FOR EXAMPLE, BUCKLES, AND VEHICLES THAT ARE EQUIPPED WITH THIS MECHANISM SUCH AS AN APPARATUS FOR CUDDLING, A BABY CARRIAGE, AND A WHEELCHAIR, AND'' OPEN ENCLOSURES SUCH AS A CHAIR FOR BABIES, A CHILD SEAT (CHILD RESTRAINT), AND A CHAIR FOR NURSING CARE PURPOSES. SUCH AN APPARATUS IS COMPRISED OF THE FIRST BELTS 13 AND 15, THE FIRST FASTENING PORTIONS 13B AND 15B THAT ARE ARRANGED IN A POSITION CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE BASE OF THE FIRST BELTS, THE SECOND FASTENING PORTIONS 13D AND 15D THAT ARE ARRANGED IN THE TIPS OF, OR IN A POSITION CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE TIPS OF THE FIRST BELTS 13 AND 15 SUFFICIENTLY APART FROM THE FIRST FASTENING PORTIONS 13B AND 15B, THE SECOND BELTS 14 AND 16 THAT ARE LINKED TO THE FIRST BELTS 13 AND 15 WITH EACH OTHER, AND THE THIRD FASTENING PORTION 20 HAVING AN OPENING 21A ARRANGED ON THE SECOND BELTS FOR ALLOWING THE SECOND FASTENING PORTIONS 13D AND 15D OF THE FIRST BELTS TO BE INSERTED WHEREIN THE THIRD FASTENING PORTION HAS A REVOLVING BODY 22 TO KEEP THE SECOND FASTENING PORTION THAT HAS BEEN INSERTED INTO THE OPENING FROM DROPPING OFF, AFTER THE SECOND FASTENING PORTION IS INSERTED INTO THE OPENING OF THE THIRD FASTENING PORTION, A SIMPLE OPERATION OF HOOKING UP THE SECOND FASTENING PORTION EITHER TO THE REVOLVING OF THE THIRD FASTENING PORTION OR TO THE FIRST FASTENING PORTION CAN ADJUST THE LENGTH OF THE BELTS.(FIG 1)
