THE CEILING FAN (2) HAS A MOTOR (23) HAVING A ROTARY SHAFT (22) EXTENDED IN THE FLOOR DIRECTION, AND A PLURALITY OF BLADES (24) ATTACHED TO THE ROTARY SHAFT. THE AIR DIFFUSER OF THE AIR CONDITIONER IS PLACE A AT A POSITION OF SAME HEIGHT AS THE BLADES OF THE CEILING FAN, OR AT A POSITION OF THE CEILING SIDE FURTHER FROM THE BLADES. THE HEAT-EXCHANGED AIR BLOWN OUT IN THE UPWARD DIRECTION OF THE ROTARY BLADES (24) IS SENT FROM THE CEILING SIDE TO THE FLOOR DIRECTION BY THE WIND OF THE CEILING FAN. THE HEAT-EXCHANGED AIR BLOWN OUT FROM THE AIR DIFFUSER IS SENT OUT IN THE UPWARD DIRECTION SAME AS OR HIGHER THAN THE ROTARY BLADES (24), AND THE HEAT EXCHANGED AIR BLOW OUT IN THE UPWARD DIRECTION OF THE ROTARY BLADES IS SENT FROM THE CEILING SIDE IN THE FLOOR DIRECTION BY THE WIND OF THE CEILING FAN.
