WHILE THE COOLANT (54) IS SUPPLIED TO THE CUTTING REGION (56), A MAGNET MEMBER (50) WHICH IS A SINTERED RARE-EARTH MAGNET MEMBER IS CUT BY A CUTTING BLADE (30) HAVING A CUTTING EDGE (36) INCLUDING A MIXTURE OF ABRASIVE GRAIN (36A) MADE OF A SUPER HARD ABRASIVE GRAIN AND HEAT RESISTANT RESIN (36B) MADE OF A PHENOL RESIN. PREFERABLY, THE COOLANT (54) IS USED IN CIRCULATION, THE COOLANT TEMPERATURE IS MAINTAINED AT 20°C TO ABOUT 35°C, THE CUTTING BLADE (30) ROTATING SPEED IS 1000M/MIN - 3000 M/MIN, A VOLUME RATE OF THE ABRASIVE GRAIN (36A) TO THE CUTTING EDGE (36) IS 10% TO ABOUT 50% AND THE CUTTING EDGE (36) FURTHER INCLUDES METAL POWDER.
