WHILE THE COOLANT (54) IS SUPPLIED TO THE CUTTING REGION (56), A MAGNET MEMBER (50) WHICH IS A SINTERED RARE-EARTH MAGNET MEMBER IS CUT BY A CUTTING BLADE (30) HAVING A CUTTING EDGE (36) INCLUDING A MIXTURE OF ABRASIVE GRAIN (36A) MADE OF A SUPER HARD ABRASIVE GRAIN AND HEAT RESISTANT RESIN (36B) MADE OF A PHENOL RESIN.
