THE BLOCKS HAVE A FIRST (2) AND SECOND (3) INTERLOCKING MEANS, THE FIRST INTERLOCKING MEANS IS FOR INTERLOCKINGLY ENGAGING THE BLOCKS IN LATERAL DIRECTION AND THE SECOND INTERLOCKING MEANS IS FOR INTERLOCKINGLY ENGAGING THE BLOCKS IN VERTICLE DIRECTION. THE BLOCKS HAVE CAVITIES IN BETWEEN THEIR WALLS. AFTER ARRANGING THE BLOCKS INTO THE REQUIRED FORM, THE CAVITIES ARE FILLED WITH A CONCRETE MIX TO SETTLE TO FORM THE WALL OR EMBANKMENT.
