Description
COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS DETERGENTS AND UTILIZATION
Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to new cosmetic compositions with improved properties intended simultaneously for cleaning, for conditioning keratin materials and comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable support, a washing base consisting of surfactants with detergent power in which they are also present as conditioning agents, satonic polymers in association with aminated silicones. The invention also relates to the use of the said compositions in the aforementioned cosmetic application.
Background of the Invention
For cleansing and / or washing the skin or the hair, the use of detergent compositions based essentially on conventional surfactants of the particularly anionic, nonionic and / or amphoteric type, but more particularly of the anionic type, is common. These compositions are applied to the skin or wet hair and the foam generated by massage or
REF: 27114 friction with the hands allows, after rinsing with water, the elimination of the various dirt initially present on the skin or hair.
These basic compositions have, of course, a good washing power, but the inherent intrinsic cosmetic properties are still quite low, particularly in view of the fact that the relatively aggressive character of a cleaning treatment of this type can produce the long on the hair fiber damage more or less accused united in particular with the progressive elimination of the lipids or proteins contained within or on the surface of the latter.
Also, to improve the cosmetic properties of the detergent compositions indicated above, and more particularly those which are intended to be applied to sensitive hair (ie, hair that is damaged or weakened particularly under the chemical action of atmospheric agents and / or of hair treatments such as permanent, dyes or discolorations), it is now usual to introduce in these latter complementary cosmetics agents called conditioning agents intended primarily to repair or limit the ne sts e ects ndeseables nduced by the different treatments or aggressions experienced, more or less repeated, the hair fibers. These conditioning agents can, of course, also improve the cosmetic behavior of natural hair.
The conditioning agents most commonly used in shampoos today are cationic polymers, silicones and / or silicone derivatives, which in effect give washed, dry or wet hair an ease of unraveling, softness and clear smoothing. increased in relation to what can be obtained with the corresponding cleaning compositions that do not have them.
In sensitive hair, in order to obtain the cosmetics of the silicones along the length of the hair fiber, silicone and cationic polymer associations are preferably used.
However, despite recent progress in the field of shampoos based on cationic polymers and silicones, the latter do not really satisfy completely, so that there is still a strong need today to have new products that present, at the level of one or several cosmetic properties mentioned above, better yields.
The present invention satisfactorily addresses said need.
Thus, as a consequence of important investigations carried out on the subject, it has now been discovered by the applicant firm, in a totally unexpected and surprising way, that by using (A) a specific washing base and (B) a conditioning system comprising at least one polymer Particular cationic and at least one amino silicone, as defined below, it is possible to obtain detergent compositions having excellent cosmetic properties, in particular the disentangling, softness, flexibility and volume of the treated hair and all this while maintaining its good intrinsic washer power.
Description of the invention.
Thus, according to the present invention, new detergent compositions comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, (A) a washing base comprising at least one anionic surfactant of the alkylether sulfate type and at least one amphoteric surfactant of the alkylbetanin type have now been proposed. of C8-C20 and (B) a conditioning system comprising at least one amino silicone and at least one cationic polymer selected from among the homopolymers which include units corresponding to the formulas (I) and / or (I) as the main constituent of the chain ').
- (

The subject of the invention is also the use in cosmetics of the compositions indicated above for the cleaning, conditioning of keratin materials such as hair and skin.
The compositions can, for example, be used for removing makeup from keratin materials such as the skin (for example from the face, neck or lips), the eyelashes, the eyebrows.
But other characteristics, aspects and advantages of the invention will also appear more clearly with the reading of the following description as well as of the concrete examples; but in no way restrictive, intended to illustrate it.
As indicated above, the essential constituents that fall within the composition of the hair products of the invention are (A) a washing base, (B) a conditioning system comprising (i) at least one aminated silicone and (ii) minus a particular cationic polymer.
A - BASE WASHER
The compositions according to the invention necessarily comprise a washing base, generally aqueous, comprising one or more anionic surface-active agents of the alkyl ether sulfate type and one or more amphoteric surface-active agents C8-C20 alkylbetaine.
The minimum amount of washing base is just sufficient to give the final composition a satisfactory foaming and / or detergent power, and too much washing-up amount does not really provide any additional benefits.
Thus, according to the invention, the washing base can represent from 2% to 50% by weight, preferably from 10% to 35% by weight, and even more preferably from 12% to 25% by weight, of the total weight of the final composition.
(i) Alkyl ether sulfate type anionic surfactant (s):
The anionic surfactants of the alkyl ether sulfate type usable, alone or in mixtures, within the framework of the present invention, are the salts (in particular alkali salts, particularly sodium, ammonium salts, salts of amines, salts of aminoalcohols or salts of magnesium) alkyl ether sulphates, alkylamido ether sulphates, alkylarylether sulfates; the alkyl ether sulfosuccinates, the alkyl or acyl radical of all these various compounds preferably comprising from 8 to 24 carbon atoms, and the aryl radical which preferably designates a phenyl or benzyl group.
The average number of ethylene oxide or propylene oxide groups that can range particularly between 2 and 50 and more particularly between 2 and 10.
Among the anionic surfactants, it is preferred to use the salts of C 8 -C 14 alkylether sulfate and more particularly those of C 12 -C 14. These salts comprise in particular from 2 to 5 ethylene oxide groups.
The anionic surfactants are generally present in a proportion of 1 to 50% by weight, preferably 5 to 20% by weight, based on the total weight of the composition.
(ii) Amphoteric Surfactant Agent (s):
According to the invention, the amphoteric surfactants must be chosen from the alkyl (C8-C20) betaines of the formula:
CH-, R - - CH- - C00"I
CH-.
wherein R designates an alkyl radical, linear or branched, of C8-C20, preferably of C10-C14, and more particularly of C12-C14.
