AUXILIARY OF OSTEOSINTHESIS
The invention relates to an osteosynthesis assistant according to the generic term of the main claim. EP 298 100 discloses an osteosynthesis aid for the fixation of curved or bent bones, which is equipped with two holding discs respectively carrying fasteners, which are joined together by a lockable joint, the fasteners being like screws or nails or similar, in each clamping disk, lockable and displaceable in its longitudinal axis and in its height. The planned joint is designed as a double-sphere joint, the two spherical heads of which are connected to each other by a fixed distance piece and the fasteners are respectively rotatably and fixably arranged in the rotated position on each clamping disk, in a plane, to which the longitudinal axis of the respective clamping disk runs parallel. The procedure is carried out in such a way that the fasteners used to fix the fasteners are formed by two pieces. If, as the novelty also proposes, the buttress disk is equipped on its back with projections, which coact with recesses in the upper side of the base, a good guide and adjustment of the support of the counterfoil is achieved. It is also proposed that the guides for the projections on the buttress disk and the recesses in the base are shaped in a rounded manner, so that a slight rotation of the components between themselves is possible.
