Heating means are located under the oil container and regulated by a system for activating and controlling the process temperature and time, said motive system comprising controlling and activating means.

Description

SEMIAUTOMATIC FRYER FOR FLAT PRODUCTS FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention falls in the field of the food industry, in general it is related to the equipment and accessories for the conditioning and processing of food products. More specifically it is referred to a semi-automatic fryer for flat products.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Prior to the present invention, frying flat products used an oil container that is placed on a heat source supported on some structure and a frying basket where the flat products are deposited; said basket is manually immersed in the oil contained in said container until the product is fully expanded, the basket has sections that allow to provide the flat shape to the product; Once the product is fried, the basket is removed and left to drain for a period of time to eliminate the greatest amount of oil. This type of appliances are completely manual and require the permanence and constant action of at least one person, who manually operates the equipment, which is dangerous due to the direct handling of hot oil and the frying volumes are relatively low.
The excessive heating generated by the vaporization of the oil drastically affects people who manually operate the equipment described above, it has been found that as a consequence of the heat given off by the vaporization of the oil, the eyeball of people is damaged.
Due to the above, it is necessary to have a semi-automatic fryer for flat products that mainly avoids the damage and affection to the operators and that the location of the heating line is far from the place where the operator works; that is also practical, safe, efficient and functional.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION The main purpose of the present invention is to make available a flat product fryer that is semi-automatic.
Another objective of the invention is to allow said semi-automatic fryer for flat products, which is structurally simple, functional and efficient.
A further object of the present invention is to make available said semi-automatic fryer for flat products, which is also easy to assemble and operate.
Still another objective of the present invention is to make available said semiautomatic fryer for flat products, which also allows larger volumes of fried product in a shorter time and at a higher speed.
Still another objective of the invention is to allow said semi-automatic fryer for flat products, which also comprises means for adjusting and adjusting the temperatures and times of operation, depending on the type of product to be fried.
And all those qualities and objectives that will become apparent when making a general and detailed description of the present invention supported by the illustrated modalities.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In general, the semiautomatic fryer for flat products, according to the present invention, consists of a support structure where a motor is mounted and fixed with a reducer to drive a driving mechanism, said driving mechanism allows to raise and lower a container of product to fry disposed on a substantially rectangular oil reservoir with steam outlet means, said oil reservoir and said product reservoir are disposed adjacent to said support structure; said container of product connected to said motor mechanism, in its descent it submerges inside said oil container and in its ascent emerges from said oil container; heating means are arranged below said container, regulated by a system of ignition and control of temperature and time of process; said motor system comprising control and ignition means.
Said fryer further comprises means for adjusting the product to fry inside the product container, which during the frying process keeps the product submerged in the oil, when the product container has been submerged in said oil container.
Said driving mechanism consists of a fixed motor catarina at the output date of the reducer connected to the motor through a system of pulleys and belt; a driving chain connected to said driving catarina and a driven catarina mounted on a driving shaft at the end of which comprises a connecting rod attached to a lower projection connection arm that is pivotally connected to a guide arm comprising a fixed retractable elastic means also to said connecting rod, which together generate a rotary movement with respect to the driving shaft; said guide arm is connected in an articulated manner to a vertical axis translating the rotary movement in translation movement in the vertical axis, that is to say, of ascent and descent; said vertical axis being pivotally connected to said product container aligned on the vertical axis with said oil container so that in its descent it submerges inside said oil container and in its ascent emerges from said oil container.
A cover casing with an extraction hood surrounds said oil reservoir and said product reservoir.
Said product container comprises a plurality of compartments where the flat product to be fried is housed with a folding front cover that covers the front part or unlocks it to extract the product; said product container comprises a vertical arm with a horizontal extension as means of connection to said vertical axis connected to the driving mechanism that gives it the movement of ascent and descent.
Additionally said product container comprises an extended handle for holding it and rotating it in a rotary translation movement when it is lifted out of the oil container, which allows it to be arranged on a drip table attached to said oil container; a product extractor consisting of a straight support with a plurality of horizontal projected fingers spaced equidistantly and with a vertically projected handle, is disposed on said runoff table, so that each of the fingers of said plurality of fingers penetrate in each compartment of the product container collecting the contained product when returning the product deposit on the oil tank, depositing the fried product on the drip table to eliminate as much oil as possible.
Said extended handle of the container rotates eccentrically with respect to the oil heating line, which allows the container to be moved out of the heating line by transferring it on a drip table, which prevents the operator from being near or in contact with the container. the steam of the heated oil, in such a way that damage to the operator's eyeball and other possible risks of burns to the arms or face are avoided.
In order to better understand the characteristics of the invention, the present description, as an integral part thereof, is accompanied by the drawings, which are illustrative but not limitative, which are described below.
