The container 210 also includes an additional, independent coupling mechanism, which provides additional structural integrity, reinforces the security by forcing the rim 224 to remain in position against the peripheral margin 222 and facilitates the reattachment of the portion of the cap 212 to the portion of base 214, among other things. A male coupling member 268 projects upwardly from the support rib 262f. in the side wall 266 which is received by the female coupling member of the corresponding size 270 defined in the lid portion 212. Further, when the container 210 is closed, the male coupling member 268 in the base portion 210 and the female coupling member 270 in the cap portion 212 forms a coupling which further secures the base portion 214 to the cap portion 212. In addition, by driving the flange 224 against the margin 222, the features above mentioned increase the amount of force that might be necessary to stalk the cap portion 212 from the base portion 214 in an unauthorized manner (ie, without removing the tape 218).
Also, the aforementioned coupling facilities facilitate the reanexe of the portion of the lid 212 with the portion of the base 214 after the container 210 is legitimately opened by a consumer. Although the aspects of examples and preferred and embodiments of the present invention and methods of manufacture have been described with a complete set of facilities, it should be understood that the disclosed package and manufacturing methods can be successfully practiced without the incorporation of each of those characteristics. The scope of the present invention is not limited only to packages with inviolable seal and warranty and manufacturing methods disclosed herein. Thus, it should be understood that the modifications and variations may be utilized without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention and disclosed methods, as those skilled in the art will readily understand. Such modifications and variations are considered to be within the scope and scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (20)

  1. CLAIMS 1. A container with inviolable and guarantee closure comprising: a) a portion of the cap that defines a peripheral rim that extends outwardly; b) a portion of the base defining an upper peripheral edge that at least partially forms a shoulder projecting upwardly extending substantially around the perimeter of the base portion and configured to give the margin extending outwardly from the portion of the lid relatively inaccessible when the container is closed; and c) coupling means for maintaining the peripheral rim adjacent the upper peripheral rim when the container is closed.
  2. 2. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee in accordance with the claim 1, further comprising: d) a hinge which is attached to the flange extending outwardly from the portion of a cover with the portion of the base, the hinge defines a frankable section, which after breaking provides a projection that is extends out beyond the molding projecting outward from the upper peripheral edge of the base portion, to facilitate uncoupling of the coupling means and removal of the portion of the lid from the base portion to open the container .
  3. 3. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee in accordance with the claim 2, wherein a skirt slopes downward from the upper peripheral edge of the base portion and the hinge extends from a lower edge of the skirt to the flange extending outwardly from the portion of the cap.
  4. 4. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 2, wherein the coupling means are not permanent and facilitate the disconnection of the portion of the lid with the portion of the base.
  5. 5. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 4, wherein the coupling means urges the peripheral rim of the lid portion and the upper peripheral rim of the base portion to remain adjacent to each other when the container is closed by securing the portion of the lid to the portion of the base.
  6. 6. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 1, wherein the coupling means include corresponding male and female coupling members.
  7. 7. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 6, wherein the male coupling member is defined in the portion of the base and the female coupling member is designated in the portion of the cap.
  8. 8. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 1, further comprising: d) at least one support rib that is defined in the portion of the base and includes a plurality of elongated and arcuate portions positioned adjacent one with with respect to the other.
  9. 9. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 8, wherein the portion of the base is rectangular and the support ribs are disposed adjacent to each corner of the portion of the base.
  10. 10. A container with inviolable and guarantee closure comprising: a) a portion of the cap defining a peripheral rim that extends outwardly; b) a portion of the base defining an upper peripheral edge; c) a hinge that joins the flange extending outwardly from the portion of the lid to the portion of the base, the hinge defining a frankable section, which after breaking, provides a projection extending beyond beyond the projecting molding upwardly of the upper peripheral edge of the base portion, to facilitate the removal of the portion of the lid from the base portion to open the container; and d) coupling means for maintaining the peripheral flange adjacent the upper peripheral edge when the container is closed.
  11. 11. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 10, wherein the upper peripheral edge of the base portion further comprises a molding projecting upwardly extending substantially around the perimeter of the portion of the base configured to give the flange extending outward from the relatively inaccessible portion of the lid when the container is closed.
  12. 12. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 10, wherein the coupling means are not permanent and facilitate the disconnection of the portion of the lid with the portion of the base.
  13. 13. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 10, wherein the coupling means urges the peripheral rim of the lid portion and the upper peripheral edge of the portion of the base to resist separation when the container is closed.
  14. 14. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 10, wherein the coupling means include corresponding male and female coupling members.
  15. 15. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 14, wherein the male coupling member is defined in the portion of the base and the female coupling member is defined in the portion of the cap.
  16. 16. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 10, further comprising: d) at least one support rib defined in the base portion and includes a plurality of elongated and arcuate portions positioned adjacent one with respect to the other.
  17. 17. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 10, further comprising: d) at least one support rib defined in the base portion and includes a plurality of elongated and arcuate portions positioned adjacent one with respect to the other, wherein the male coupling member extends from at least one support rib.
  18. 18. A container with inviolable and guarantee closure comprising: a) a portion of the cap defining a peripheral rim that extends outwardly; b) a portion of the base defining an upper peripheral edge that at least partially forms a molding projecting upwardly extending substantially around the perimeter of the base portion and configured to give the flange extending outwardly from the base portion; the portion of the lid relatively inaccessible when the container is closed; c) a hinge joining the ridge extending outwardly from the lid portion to the base portion, the hinge defining a frankable section, which after breaking, provides a projection extending out beyond the rim projecting upwardly of the upper peripheral edge of the base portion, to facilitate removal of the portion of the lid from the base portion to open the container; d) a male coupling member defined in the portion of the base to project toward the portion of the lid when the container is closed; and e) a female coupling member having a receiving portion defined in the portion of the grapevine cap corresponding to the position of the male coupling member when the container is closed to receive the male coupling member and form a non-permanent coupling between the members. of male and female coupling when the container is closed.
  19. 19. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 18, wherein the coupling of the male and female members provide resistance to any force applied to remove the portion of the cap and the portion of the base and drives the peripheral rim that it extends outwardly from the portion of the lid in contact with the peripheral edge of the base portion.
  20. 20. A container with inviolable closure and guarantee according to claim 17, wherein after breaking the frangible section, the projection extending beyond the molding projecting upward from the upper peripheral edge of the portion of the base they also include labels to facilitate decoupling of male and female coupling members and removal of the portion of the lid from the base portion to open the container.
