Abstract

Se reduce el ruido y la vibracion de un mecanismo de transmision por banda con dientes helicoidales accionado bajo una gran carga o que se somete a una rotacion a alta velocidad. Se alarga selectivamente una carrera muerta "D" en un mecanismo de transmision por banda con dientes helicoidales que transmite una fuerza mediante el engranaje entre la banda con dientes helicoidales y una polea de dientes helicoidales. Esto es, se ajusta un angulo helicoidal de los dientes "?" en un rango de -0.2 = 1- W tan ? / Pt = 0.75, siendo "Pt" un paso de los dientes, "?" un angulo helicoidal de los dientes y W el ancho de la banda. La carrera muerta "D" entre la banda con dientes helicoidales y la polea de dientes helicoidales se ajusta para que se encuentre 1.6% y 3% del paso de los dientes "Pt".
