Abstract

Un material no tejido acusticamente efectivo para forros de vehiculos motrices comprende un esqueleto fibroso poroso elaborado de fibras gruesas (8). Estas fibras gruesas (8) comprenden en particular fibras recortadas o fibras de filamento continuo. Se preve una proporcion en peso continuamente cambiante de material microfibroso fundido (7) en una region superficial frontal y/o posterior (4). Este material microfibroso fundido (7) se adhiere a las fibras gruesas (8) y une estas de tal manera que el material no tejido tiene una resistencia al flujo de aire predeterminada y se hace rigido al menos en su region superficial (4). La resistencia al flujo de aire en la region superficial (4) tiene un valor de entre 200 - 60000 Nsm-3, en particular entre 800 - 35000 Nsm-3, preferentemente entre 1000 - 20000 Nsm-3, y principalmente de aproximadamente 1400 Nsm-3. La rigidez a la flexion de este material no tejido fibroso tiene un valor de entre 0.005 y 10 Nm, y en particular un valor de entre 0.025 y 6.0 Nm.
