Description
CAMPER WITH BOTTLE FORM FOR PUBLICITY AND DECORATIVE PURPOSES
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a novel design of chairs and chairs for sunbathing, in particular to a chair or chair with a profile in the form of a giant flat bottle that can be used for advertising purposes, with advertisement or decorative material on the surface flat
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION.
The present invention refers to a new design of furniture both for outdoor use in gardens, beaches and swimming pools as well as for interiors in restaurants, bars, private homes, and so on. Said piece of furniture in particular has the shape of a flat bottle on which the image of the beverage product is printed, resembling a bottle in the form of a bed or a giant bottle in the shape of a chair, whose objective is to present to the general public, something different in question both comfort, ornate and as an important new advertising medium that can include messages on the furniture, ie the bottle-shaped furniture made with materials known as fiberglass, carbon fiber, plastic and some other malleable materials to be known , which can be molded by injection, with materials such as low density polycarbonate, fiberglass, resins, wood or any material used to manufacture furniture. The labels of the product adhere to the upper side of the bed result in a new way of advertising products, giving a peculiar appearance and novelty for advertising.
In the state of the art have been made very similar chairs in fiberglass, like chairs and other furniture of different materials, shapes and colors, but none with a profile in the form of flat bottle and with labels to advertise to any company, product or service, attached to the flat top surface. They simply carry colors, and are merely chairs or articulated reclining furniture, whose function is only to sit comfortably in restaurants or anywhere in public places; but without advertising anything, said furniture is used in a common and ordinary way, just to sit or sunbathe, without any distinctive and form that calls the attention of the users.
In the state of the art there are several documents that independently treat the way of using beach elements to advertise articles and others only as a rest element; namely:
U.S. Patent No. USP 6,862,824, issued to
Hermanson et al., March 8, 2005, describes and protects a bottle that contains a luminous display inside for ornamental purposes.
The design of the United States of America No. US D500,810, granted to Osigwe et al., On January 11, 2005, describes and protects a giant three-dimensional bottle, apparently of an alcoholic beverage such as beer, with a section of its flat side body, where you can place a design or advertising image.
The design of the United States of America No. US D478.506, issued to Lyons on August 19, 2003, describes and protects an exhibit box with a side face in the form of a surfboard.
The design of the United States of America No. US D470,668, granted to
Mizell on February 25, 2003, describes and protects an office chair with a backrest in the form of a surfboard section.
The design records MX 11699 and MX 11700, granted on August 9, 2000, to Alexis Saad Rionda, describe and protect a short-legged bed without legs and another with legs. Said bunk is of the conventional shape with a flat top surface divided into two sections, a fixed another hinged which can be placed in several inclination positions.
The application of the Czech Republic CZ 9300647, for Poschinger G., published on December 15, 1993, describes and protects a living room sofa that converts into a recliner.
The European application No. EP 0426603, for Carlos Cuenca, published on May 8, 1991, describes and protects a structure of a reclining cabinet, with two lower supports and three transverse axes that divide and join three component parts of the reclining cabinet. This furniture contains an articulated structure that can take several positions for the comfort of the user.
European application No. EP 0357522, for Michel Forest P., published on March 7, 1990, describes and protects an articulated tubular furniture structure or bunk with a front and a rear support, a flat horizontal section with arms rests on the lateral sections and a flat folding section in the area of the back and head, said section can change from horizontal to inclined position for the comfort of the user.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of the bunk object of the present invention, showing its elongated upper flat section adapted to comfortably and comfortably receive the rear part of the human body, in a position of rest and relaxation. Said elongated body has the contour in the form of a bottle, note the upper part (1) with reduced width that simulates the peak of the bottle with cork, down in a wider section is the section (2) of the neck of the bottle adapted with a tilted position to support the user's head in the resting position; downwards there are the sections (3), (4) and (5) of the body of the bottle, said sections being flanked by two lateral end longitudinal ribs (6) and (7) which give rigidity to said bed, side ribs (6) and (7) in the section corresponding to the area (4), serve as the user's arms rest, are hollow section and open on the underside so that on certain occasions, the user can hold on to said ribs and have support when required. Said lateral longitudinal ribs (6) and (7) run longitudinally along the lateral edge of the main body of the bottle-shaped bunk. The upper section (3) of the main body of the bottle leans forward to give curvature and support in comfort to the lumbar area of the user; the intermediate zone (4) of the main body of the bottle is bent upwards to a position that exceeds the horizontal to support the area of the gluteus of the user; the area (5) of the main body of the bottle-shaped bunk is folded down to provide comfort in the user's legs and thighs. A label announcing a bottled beverage is placed on said flat section of the bottle.
Figure 2 shows a side view of the bottle-shaped bunk object of the present invention, showing the inclinations of sections (1), (2), (3), the curvature of section (4) and the lower section (5). It should be noted that the support area of the bottle-shaped bunk is the lower surface (20) of the Area (4); for the structural support of the bunk, it has longitudinal ribs (21) and transversal (22) that perform said support function to give rigidity to the bunk object of the present invention.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the rear surface of the bottle-shaped bunk is of flat section, said rear section is hermetically joined to the front section to form a hollow body for the bottle-shaped bunk; in this modality, the bunk can float on the surface of the water, in this way it can be used inside the pool, inside the sea in quiet wave bays, etc.
Figure 3 is a front elevation view of the bottle-shaped bunk object of the present invention, in which the peak section of the bottle, the neck, of the elongated main container body of the bottle is clearly visible, flanked by lateral longitudinal reinforcement ribs.
Figure 4 is a front view in lower elevation showing the detail of the base of the bottle and the support section of the user's legs and thighs, as well as a detail of the position area of the user's buttocks, and the position zone of the user's back and head; the base of the bottle is formed by the lateral rib in a transverse shape that extends towards the lower surface of the bed.
Figure 5 is a perspective view showing the central area of the bed in the form of a flat bottle, the curvature of said area where the buttocks of the user and the lumbar region thereof are resting; the longitudinal end side ribs that give rigidity to support said bunk are shown in more detail. Said longitudinal ribs that extend beyond (in elevation) the flat surface of the bunk, are square with rounded edges and polished surface, in order to give a greater sense of comfort to the user.
Figure 6 is a perspective view of the neck and peak of the bottle that forms the bunk object of the present invention, in this section the longitudinal ribs are appreciated; but they extend towards the lower surface of the bunk, presenting a flat end edge and a totally flat bed surface on which the user's head and shoulders rests. It is noticeable the peak of the bottle that shows a wider section that decreases gradually upwards to simulate the cane! circumferential that the real bottles have previous to the round area that serves as base or seat of the corkboard or lid.
A picture of a bottle of bottled beverage is placed on the flat surface of the bunk in order to advertise said drink, the particular case of the figures of the present invention promotes a beer.
The shape of the bottle is adapted to receive labels of the product you want to promote by means of a color image, whether applied through a label, silkscreen, vinyl image, color selection printing, UV screen printing, all images printed by any means, will be protected against scratching, detachment, against chemical attack of substances such as sea salt, against the deterioration of high temperatures due to prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Said pallet can be manufactured by plastic injection, or by means of the sealing of two upper and lower flat counters so that it is hollow inside; Fiberglass, resin, polycarbonate, wood, all these materials can be used to give the stylized bottle-shaped final design, with a slightly concave flat surface to receive the user's body in a comfortable resting position.
The special form of wave or "s" stylized and adapted to receive the body of the user, allows the bunk to float when placed on the surface of the water in a pool, or on the calm waters of a bay to prevent both the bunk and the user are knocked down from their extended position in the sun.
