Description
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR ROLLING A CONTINUOUS PAPER
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a process for winding a continuous paper, particularly continuous toilet paper, specifically when the machine is started and after cutting the continuous paper. Furthermore, the invention relates to a device for winding continuous paper, particularly continuous toilet paper, especially when starting the machine and after breaking the continuous paper, using a spool sleeve and a reel drum.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Processes and devices are known in which the back feeding strip is wound on a spool sleeve or a winding tube, on or to which an adhesive or an adhesive strip has been applied manually over the entire width of the paper continuous. An automatic device for the application of adhesive is known from AT 406 255. The adhesive can also be applied to the continuous paper on top of the spool sleeve using spray nozzles. In those known processes, only one back strip is wound on the reel first of all, thus producing disuniformities when the continuous paper then becomes wider to extend the width of the machine. In addition, air capture may occur, which can cause the continuous paper to get out of the lane. Due to the disuniformities on the width of the continuous paper, particularly the equipment for measuring the tension of the continuous paper and the corresponding control device (control of winding tightening) can not be used anymore.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The main purpose of the invention is thus to transfer the entire width of the continuous paper over the spool sleeve or winding tube when feeding the continuous paper or after cutting the continuous paper. This method can also reduce the number of cuts. According to the invention, this is achieved by pressing the back of the continuous paper or the full width of the web on the reel drum and securing it by means of an auxiliary roller before it is transferred to the reel sleeve. In this way, the back of the continuous paper or the entire width of the web can run on the reel drum without the disadvantages of having to roll over the spool sleeve. A further advantageous development of the invention is characterized in that the auxiliary roller is static, however, it can also be operated in a slow or accelerated movement mode a and then operated at the production speed. In this way, the back of the web can be easily placed on the reel drum when it is fed for the first time after an interruption and can also be easily inserted again after a continuous paper cut. A favorable embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the rear part of the continuous paper is diverted towards a shredder after the drum of the spool until the continuous paper has the required width. This provides favorable means to transfer the continuous paper to the full width. A particularly favorable further development of the invention is characterized in that an adhesive is applied to the spool sleeve, so that the entire width of the continuous paper can be instantaneously transferred to the spool sleeve. With this step, all the continuous paper can be wound directly on the spool sleeve without unevenness occurring at the edges.
The invention also relates to a device for winding a continuous paper, particularly a continuous toilet paper, specifically when starting the machine and after cutting the continuous paper, using a spool sleeve and a reel drum. According to the invention, this device is characterized in that an auxiliary roller is provided in addition to pressing the back of a continuous paper or the entire width of the continuous paper on the reel drum and securing therein. If the auxiliary roller has a design that is suitable for pressing on the reel drum, the continuous paper can be secured to the reel drum particularly well. If the auxiliary roller is designed so that it can be lifted from the reel drum, this will avoid any influence on normal production operations. If the auxiliary roller has a drive device for accelerating the production speed, the transfer of the rear part of the continuous paper or the entire width of the continuous paper can be effected in a particularly favorable manner until the continuous paper is received on the sleeve of the paper. reel.
If a device is provided for applying adhesive to the spool sleeve, the entire width of the continuous paper can be transferred particularly well to the spool sleeve without any disuniformity over the width of the web. This result is a sharp loss in the amount of cut.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be described in examples and referring to the drawings, where Figure 1 shows a winding device of the state of the art, Figure 2 contains a schematic diagram of the invention for feeding the back of the paper Continuous, Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the invention with the continuous paper being transferred to the spool sleeve, and Figure 4 is a schematic diagram of the invention in the continuous winding operation.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION Figure 1 shows the arrangement of a winding device 1 for a paper machine, particularly a toilet paper machine, where the paper is wound on a spool 2. The empty spool sleeve 3 it has a rubber cover or is equipped with a central shaft 3 'and taken from a storage area in the 3"position to a reel drum 5 using a lever 4. From there, the sleeve of the reel 3 is rotated in the direction 6 towards the whole spool, when the paper is cut to full width in continuous operation, and the winding continues immediately on the empty spool sleeve 3. This embodiment has a device for applying adhesive 7 mounted on top of the storage position for the empty reel 3 for applying adhesive to the empty central axis 3 ', Figure 2 shows the invention with the back of a continuous paper 8 being fed to the mbor of the reel 5. A continuous paper guide device is used to feed the back of the continuous paper to the space between the reel drum 5 and the auxiliary roller 9, where the auxiliary roller 9 is static, or runs at low speed or any another desired speed. Subsequently, the auxiliary roller 9 is pressed on the drum of the reel 5 and thus secures the rear part of the continuous paper 8. After leaving the drum of the reel 5, the rear part of the continuous paper 8 is taken to a shredder (no shown). This is where the broadening starts, that is, the back of the continuous paper widens until it reaches the full width of the continuous paper. Then it can be cut lengthwise in one or more places using a cutter. At the same time, an empty spool sleeve 3 (position 3a) of the spool sleeve feeder is brought to the sleeve reel elevator (lever 4) and adhesive 10 is applied to the spool sleeve 3 (in position 3b) using a device for applying adhesive 7. As an alternative, a strip of adhesives can also be applied over the entire width of the web. The spool sleeve is then placed on the primary arm of the stretcher 1 using the spool sleeve lifter. Figure 3 illustrates the state when the entire net 8 is transferred to the spool sleeve 3. The spool sleeve 3 is brought to the speed of the machine in position 3c and then pressed on the continuous paper 8 running on the drum of reel 5 in 3d position. At the same time, all the continuous paper is detached instantaneously, that is to say, within a fraction of a second, and immediately wound on the sleeve of the reel 3. Since the continuous paper widens on the drum of the reel 5 of the back of the continuous paper across the width of the continuous paper during the start-up procedure and also after a cutting or breaking situation arises, the continuous paper can also be transferred to the spool sleeve correctly with its full width and does not need to be Allow to expand during winding on the spool sleeve, as was the case to date, which led to the problems described above and disuniformity. Figure 4 then shows the situation during the continuous winding of the continuous paper 8 on the reel 2, where the auxiliary roller 9 is raised from the drum of the reel 5 here and thus, there are no obstacles for the continuous paper. The invention is not limited to the variants shown. This can be used on any paper machine, although the advantages in toilet paper machines are particularly important here because they have a uniform distribution of the continuous paper over the width of the continuous paper because, due to the slow movement, there is also a risk particular of air capture between the continuous paper layers on the central axis, which could produce a continuous paper displacement. There are several possibilities to transfer the continuous paper to the spool sleeve, where the adhesive mode and instantaneous transfer of all the continuous paper is particularly
