Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un aparato mezclador para mezclar alimento de ganado y similares. De acuerdo con una caracteristica de la presente invencion, el aparato incluye un recipiente para la recepcion en el mismo del alimento. El recipiente incluye una caja y una pared que se extiende mas alla de la caja. La pared define una abertura que esta dispuesta de manera remota desde la caja para la recepcion a traves de esta del alimento. La disposicion es tal que la caja y la pared definen entre ellas un recinto para el alimento recibido a traves de la abertura. Una helice esta colocada dentro del recinto, la helice posee un eje de rotacion que se extiende a traves de la caja. Una rueda accionada final esta colocada dentro de la caja, la rueda accionada final es giratoria alrededor del eje de rotacion. La rueda accionada final se conecta mediante accionamiento a la helice de tal forma que cuando la rueda accionada final se gira dentro de la caja, la helice gira con esta dentro del recinto. La rueda accionada final y la helice juntas como unidad pueden ser retiradas y reemplazadas en relacion con la caja y el recinto respectivamente. La disposicion es tal que cuando la rueda accionada final y la helice estan juntas como unidad retirada, se permite el acceso directo a la rueda accionada final.
