Abstract

The present discloses a method and washing apparatus using carbon dioxide. The present invention has a storage tank, a washing compartment, filtration means of the washing fluid, throttling means of the washing fluid, evaporation means of the washing fluid, a distillation column, compression means of the washing fluid, a pump and condensation means of the washing fluid. The washing method includes various stages. One of these stages is the washing fluid quality correction in which it is distilled and increases or decreases the relation saturated vapor/total mixture. If necessary there is an increase of the relation saturated vapor/total mixture passing the fluid in a liquid state through a throttling means descending the pressure and temperature of the washing fluid, subsequently it passes through evaporation mean in which most of the washing fluid changes to gaseous state. Then it passes through a distillation column in which the fraction of washing fluid evaporates which was in liqu id state, subsequently, it passes through a condensation mean in which part of the washing fluid changes into liquid state and finally, it is carried to the distillated storage tank with a major relation saturated vapor/total mixture of fluid. If it is required there is a decrease in the relation saturated vapor/total mixture of washing fluid and condensing part of the saturated vapor of the system. The system has an automatic electronic control which actuates the different elements of the system to perform different operations.
