Abstract

Metodo para el tratamiento de materiales de desecho organico, de fluido peligroso, en donde un plasma de 2000-5000¦C de temperatura se genera por medio de un arco electrico en un generador de plasma, el soplete de plasma se dirige hacia un reactor, el reactor consiste de tres zonas (4A, 4B, 4C), introduciendose el soplete de plasma hacia abajo en la primer zona mas elevada (4A), el desecho de fluido (1) pulverizandose hacia el soplete de plasma en la primer zona (4A), en donde se caliente a un rango, de temperatura de 130O-1600¦C, la mezcla del plasma y el desecho se introduce en la segunda zona (4B) del reactor, en donde un material oxidizante se agrega (5) a la mezcla, el gas de combustion producido en la segunda zona (4B) se conduce asi hacia la tercera zona (4C) del reactor, en donde se enfria rapidamente por pulverizacion de agua a un rango de temperatura de 12O-16O¦C, el gas de combustion enfriado se remueve de la tercera zona (4C) del reactor se conduce hacia un enfriador. El soplete de plasma se genera de la mezcla de dioxido de carbono y oxigeno, el material oxidizante introducido en la segunda zona (4B) del reactor es una mezcla de dioxido de carbono y oxigeno. Por consecuencia, el contenido de agua del gas de combustion se separa por condensacion y se remueve y el gas de combustion residual se remueve.
