IMPROVEMENTS IN FENCES AND SAFETY FENCES FOR SPORTS FIELDS
Description The present patent of invention has as its object the improvements of fences and security fences for sports fields in general. Field of Application of the Invention As indicated by its title, the present invention tends to improve the existing fences that separate the spectator audience attending a sporting event, from the playing field and its players, referees, auxiliary personnel and journalists, etc. , which are inside the field of play. Antecedents of the Invention It is common practice to separate the spectators who attend a sporting event, from the proper playing field, in certain sports where a great mass of people, preventing them from accessing the playing field, within which the event takes place. The considerations for this practice are well known, and we can briefly summarize them in: a) Needs to preserve the stipulated schedules of the beginning of the meeting. Indeed, if we consider a football match that must be broadcast live on television with satellite employment, transmission times must be strictly
respected, either by the cost of transmission rental, as per the commitments scheduled at international level, whose breach may lead to the cut of satellite transmission due to expiration of the term before the end of the meeting, with high costs, and according to the cases, with contractual penalties. b) Necessities of preserving the physical integrity of the players, the referee and other personnel directly affected, such as journalists, or affected the game. In this case the comments against the repeated news, of the aggressions suffered by the archers, referees and other players consisting of blows, projectiles that rain down from the stands, and other misconduct of the public. c) The need for the different events of the same tournament to begin in the stadiums at the same time, in order not to give sports advantages if one of them starts later and in this way a sport advantage would be granted, when the teams are disputing parties whose outcome, if known in advance, could or could damage them, depending on the case, since they could imply the rise or fall of the category that they play. These solve the problem of the invasion of the playing field, because the statutory height (7 meters) prevents it from being opened, but its drawbacks are that they cancel on the one hand

Objectives of the Present Invention It is the main objective of the present invention to create a fence that is impassable to the public, preventing it from climbing up to the top of the same, and at the same time allowing air circulation. It is also an objective of the invention, that this perimeter fence allows the security forces to make use of their hoses, gas launchers, and all other means to the affection, through said fence. It is also an objective of the invention, that this fence is composed of modules of easy and simple repair, with an approximate length between 2 and 3 meters each, so that the deterioration of a module does not imply the deterioration of the rest of the fence. It is ultimately the objective of the invention that the upper half of the said fencing, no element thereof present protrusion, seat or step that can facilitate through them, the rise of the public to win its crowning.
