Abstract
Una valvula solenoide con autocerrojo que incluye un cuerpo de valvula que tiene un puerto de entrada de suministro de aire a presion para comunicar una fuente de aire a presion y por lo menos un puerto de cilindro. Un miembro de valvula se soporta en el cuerpo de valvula de modo que pueda moverse entre posiciones predeterminadas para dirigir selectivamente el aire a presion del puerto de entrada hacia al menos un puerto de cilindro. Un miembro guia se emplea para mover el miembro de valvula en una direccion y un ensamble solenoide se usa para mover el miembro de valvula en una direccion opuesta. El ensamble solenoide incluye una caja con una bobina solenoide soportada en ella y una pieza de polo ferromagnetico fijo que tiene un pasaje que se extiende a traves del mismo con un seguro de empuje movil soportado en el pasaje. Un cerrojo ferromagnetico se soporta tambien por la caja y separado de la pieza de polo. Entre la caja y la pieza de polo se dispone un iman permanente. El iman se puede mover hacia la pieza del polo bajo la influencia de un flujo electromagnetico generado por un pulso de corriente generado a lo largo de la bobina en una direccion, accionando asi el iman permanente contra el seguro de empuje para mover el miembro de valvula a una posicion predeterminada. Adicionalmente, el iman permanente tambien se puede mover alejandose de la pieza de polo hacia el cerrojo, bajo la influencia de un flujo electromagnetico generado por un pulso de corriente que fluye a lo largo de la bobina en una direccion opuesta. Cuando esto ocurre, el miembro guia mueve al miembro de valvula a otra posicion predeterminada. Tambien se describe un circuito de control para cambiar la direccion de la corriente a lo largo de la bobina.
