Abstract
This utility model refers to a prefabricated block with matched system in different surfaces thereof, presenting a design of six surfaces and an alternative design of ten surfaces that are assembled therebetween and overlapped in angles of 90 degrees, 45 degrees and alternating angles thereof, so as to assemble different architectonical elements without requiring the use of mortar or cementing material, thereby avoiding the pieces to horizontally slide as well as hampering the visibility from side to side of the constructed element. Moreover, the invention embodies a groove useful for obtaining a half cut divided into two equal portions. The block presents a unique design, which allows a complete structure to be formed, thereby avoiding the use of headframes, and possibly load headframes, to a great extent. In addition, the said block is useful for constructing surface foundations, walls and columns.
Claims (8)
1. Prefabricated block for construction, characterized in that it is constituted by a body of prismatic shape, whose transversal area corresponds to a parallelogram, which contemplates a design with tongue and groove system in all its different faces, an upper face, a lower face and at least four side faces; half of the faces have a part of their protruding surface and their corresponding opposite faces have a part of their surface recessed with the complementary shape of the protruding shape of the other faces, causing each pair of the opposite faces to be complementary, giving as result a coupling system of tongue and groove form, which allows an overlap in all its faces, dispensing with the use of mortar or binder for its fixation and putting into work; In addition, depending on the number of side faces, they can overlap at 45 °, 90 ° angles and their alters; Likewise, it incorporates two vertical cavities in the center that cross from the upper face to the lower face, as well as a longitudinal groove in the middle of the block, on the side of its lower face, which facilitates the cutting of the piece. The protrusions and remesidas that compose it, make possible the coupling, and do not allow horizontal slides between equal pieces and avoid the visibility between the joints.
2. Block according to the first claim, characterized in that the material of the block can be concrete, plastic, cardboard, glass, or other solid material or that can be solidified.
3. Block according to the first claim, characterized in that the upper and inner faces make a tongue and groove; the protruding and recessed surfaces of the lateral faces also extend towards the edges of the upper and lower faces, which makes the coupling possible, and does not allow horizontal slides between equal parts and visibility between the joints is avoided.
4. Block according to the third claim, characterized by two cavities passing through the upper and lower faces, and a projecting surface between both cavities in the upper face and its corresponding surface recessed in the lower face for its tongue and groove; These cavities can be used to channel ducts for service facilities, house material for structural reinforcement and insulation material.
5. Block according to the first claim, characterized by a longitudinal groove, in the middle of the upper and lower faces, which crosses them vertically, without having an outlet on the upper face, having a width perpendicular to the pair of lateral faces with greater length and a thickness smaller than the distance between the cavities, facilitating the cut in half of the piece in two equal parts, in a simpler and more exact way.
6. Block according to the first claim, characterized in that the same design can be used for the construction of walls, surface foundations and columns, by coupling the pieces, forming a structurally stable element.
7. Block according to the first claim, characterized by four side faces that can be overlapped at 90 ° angles.
8. Block according to claim 1, characterized by six lateral faces that can be overlapped at 45 °, 90 ° angles and their alternating sides.
