Abstract
La descripcion se relaciona con un método para producir un material de capas multiples bien integrado, que comprende al menos dos capas de material adyacente (11 y 12) de materiales compatibles mutuamente solubles. La buena fuerza de union entre las dos capas (11 y 12) se logra mediante la aplicacion de un aglutinante o adhesivo que comprende, por un lado, un componente aglutinante o adhesivo de alta viscosidad (13a) y, por otro lado, un componente aglutinante o adhesivo de baja viscosidad (13b) entre las capas (11 y 12). El componente aglutinante o adhesivo de baja viscosidad (13b) que sirve como el aglutinante o adhesivo apropiado puede ser aglutinante o adhesivo del tipo del plástico adhesivo, tal como, por ejemplo, un plástico de adhesion a base de polietileno con grupos funcionales los cuales son capaces de unir a ambos una y otra de las dos capas de material circundantes (11 y 12). De manera preferible, el aglutinante o adhesivo interadyacente se aplica por un procedimiento de extrusion bajo la cual se aplica una mezcla que contiene al menos aproximadamente 5 por ciento en peso del componente aglutinante o adhesivo de baja viscosidad (13b) entre las capas (11 y 12).
