Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con un método para producir un cristal de vidrio laminado libre de obstruccion optica, causada por curvado en la luz reflejada y transmitida. El cristal de vidrio laminado comprende un primer cristal de vidrio, un segundo cristal de vidrio y una capa separadora de capas multiples que comprende una primer película compuesta, una película portadora termoplástica estirada biaxialmente proporcionada con un sistema de capa delgada y una segunda película compuesta. Una película portadora proporcionada con el sistema de capa delgada se monta sobre la primera película compuesta y tiene un espesor desde 30 hasta 70 æm y un grado de encogimiento al calor desde 0.3 hasta 0.8%, medio después de un tratamiento con calor de 20 segundos a 120 degree C, en ambas direcciones de estiramiento. La segunda película compuesta se monta sobre la película portadora. El paquete de película se coloca entre los dos cristales de vidrio de manera que son presionados libres de curvados utilizando presion y calor y se constituyen en un material compuesto con los cristales de vidrio.
