Abstract
Un método y una planta para revestimiento con polvo en los cuales objetos (2), que van a ser revestidos con polvo, se preparan para retencion temporal del polvo, a partir de ahí el polvo se aplica al objeto en una capa que es retenida sobre el objeto hasta que, por fusion y transformacion a un estado solido por medio de curado, el polvo se lleva para formar una capa de revestimiento sobre la superficie del objeto. El polvo se prepara para tener una temperatura de fusion y de punto de reblandecimiento bajas, principalmente inferiores a 100 degree C, y de preferencia de 60 a 100 degree C, y comprende un sistema iniciador dispuesto para llevar el material en polvo a curado bajo la influencia de radiacion electromagnética. El polvo preparado de esta manera se calienta sobre el objeto a una temperatura tal que se fusione y forme una capa adherente sobre las superficies revestidas del objeto. Subsecuentemente, esta capa se somete a radiacion, curándose así en una capa de revestimiento que cubre las superficies revestidas con polvo.
